Thanks, Alex! Another great - short, but effective - workout. I have an adjustable set of DBs. So I had to take a short pause (30-45 seconds) in between each exercise to change the weights. But still, I enjoyed this workout! Great to keep exercising in between programs on your app. PS. Groovy background! 🙂
amazing BG! thank you for sharing this! i wonder, 1 exercise for biceps and triceps is enough to build muscle? for shoulders you did 4, I dont know how many exercises per muscle we need to build muscle mass... i know is a mix of training, nutrition, workout and rest, thanks again Alex, youre one of the best!
I am 41. When doing the triceps at the end of the workout, my left elbow pops 1 out of 3 times when extending my arm pushing the weight over my head. It does not really hurt so I am wondering if this is a concern or if I should just except, I am older now and things snap crackle and pop? I am using 10lbs and 8lbs for this workout.
Hey buddy if it doesn’t hurt then it’s not a huge concern, however if you can try to analyse a particular angle or movement during this exercise that causes make cracks you can try to adjust your technique.
