the arm attachment is a side blaster if memory serves. he used it only once ment as last resort. personally want the jungle hunter ultimate but might pick this up as well.
The thing on the gauntlet is a spike gun. He only uses it once in the movie.
That's not actually the spear gun, it's another one-shot plasma caster. He uses it once in the movie after his shoulder-mounted plasma caster is damaged.

@@muisverriet That is the same arm the spike launches from. The movie outfit had a little slot on the under side of the wrist where it would should out of, but it usually isn't noticable on figures
It's called the Energy Flechette
you are correct on the hair dryer to the torso. both upper and lower are on ball pegs, upper is a double, lower is a single. a hair dryer will pop them free of any paint residue and give great ab crunch. a hair dryer to the dreds will loosen them up as well. heat it up really good, then replace the head while dreds are still hot. shape them to fit body better for more range on the head. this method works fantastic on the larger preds like the avp preds.
IMO recent Necas (since 2 years ago) have been looking GREAT and you're 100% right that for 25$ it's an amazing deal; my issue with NECA is that a lot of ppl report QC issues, which for someone who can't buy them in the US and has to actually pay more for it is a very risky endeavour....even for ppl who actually pay that price can be kinda tricky if it's so luck of the draw. My other gripe is that no matter how many NECAS I see, they function more like statues that can move than actual action figures. The range is there when you go through articulation by each limb, but as a whole they aren't as dynamic. Having said that, Predators aren't exactly martial artists so I would still buy a couple.
Novapoid hey, having QC issues with Neca figs, contact their customer service on Twitter, on of my predators had a major defect on the head, I tweeted them, they followed me ( so I could dm them) I dm a pic of the problem with my shipping address and it was sent 100% free in 3 days in a nice bubble envelope and I got a fixed head 👌🏼 the more ya know
Predators are a lot faster then you think
The first star wars black series figure i bought had some pretty rough paint and that was roughly the same price point, really can't be the price/quality ratio on these neca predators! Only issue i have with your review is that it's now made me £24 lighter because ive had to purchase it haha, great content definitely one of my favourite youtubers!!

the city hunter looks so cool and I like it more with it's mask on and the thing on it's arm is a launcher that shoots a blade out.
Another possible QC issue that's been rampant with this guy is that the hinge on the flip-screen of the gauntlet computer is really fragile, so you might have to be really really careful when opening or closing it. It actually broke off on mine but I managed to save it with a bit of superglue and a thicker rod of metal than what was originally in there.

Fantastic review Anthony!!! I absolutely love this figure. As for posing them with or without the helmut im about fifty fifty it all depends on the Predator...
i have the 2 pack version with berserker predator of the figure and there was no problems with it and I got it for £41. Honestly the qc issues aren't affecting me and the fact that you can get awesome stuff with a figure this cheap is better than a hot toy which can cost £250.
That's the 1st issue City Predator there were 2 more reissues! This one has the old short upper torso and really pitted helmet. The reissues have better paint and articulation than this one!
When i got mine from Big Bad toy Store, when i received it, i wanted to keep it as a unopened box, but my gut kept telling me to open it. So I did, and lucky i did, because the spear was broken on both ends. And the spear broken parts are not inside too! Got a replacement but when they send it, its was broken on one end still during delivery. Sad... only way was to jus glued it. So sad......

here in chile, you can buy a ultimate predator for 45-55-60 dollars, depending of the more or less " legendary" or historical the predator figure is. the expensive are the older , like this one, and the cheaper are the arcade ones. avp aliens and predator are almost impossible to find. by the way, even if some predator figure comes with minor issues of paint or " weird eye- joint"...man, i make customs and accesories, and sculpt only an eye is a pain in the ass itself. anyone that can obtain this kind of figures for 25-40 dollars, can consider himself blessed from odin. just look at some other action figure companies..selling crack-looking faced toys for the same prices, without all this number of accesories..and with the half of articulation POINTS¡¡¡¡. awesome review, happy you have this beauty on your collection¡.
For me it’s a mix of masked and unmasked. Sometimes if I feel like I want an unmasked preddy I take it off is I feel like a masked one I leave it
I can't decide whether this guy or 1/4 Master Chief is my favorite NECA figure. They're both so well done.

My hip joints on this guy were incredibly loose with mine, he couldn't support his own weight, I want to fix it but I'm slightly worried I'll damage him further.. I love neca for the prices they charge and for the overall quality but it doesn't half suck when you get a dud.. Which with them can be quite a lot.. Still looks great when I can get him to hold a pose tho but I would suggest most be aware of that before you buy.. Get him in a store with a receipt and your golden.
i do like neca, they give a lot of bang for your buck, but they break WAY too easily. All 3 of the neca figures ive bought broke or didnt work in some way or the other. 2 of them were broken out of the box. If they quality control was better id be in love with these.
The thing in the gauntlet is a bolt blaster, a small caster of sorts, your gauntlet actually is swiveled the wrong way the computer goes sidearmed not up
I like masked heads best as they tend to be more unique

Excellent review Anthony. I liked the unmasked version of this figure. Predators appeared in five movies. Predator 1, Predator 2, AVP, AVPR and last one was Predators 2010. Correct me if I was wrong.
Yeah the torso does have range mine had just the right stiffness
The rope part around the waist broke on mine. Gotta be really careful with these type of figures

I usually go with the masked heads because they seem to be easier for neca to execute but I had to go with the unmasked head in this case. Just really well painted with lots of crisp detail, maybe the best I've seen in person. Great review btw!

I've always liked P2. It gave us the main focus the Predator needed in 1 and I was happy with that.

Simple Arnold was made of a harder material than a plasma cannon. If Adamantium and Vibranium made a baby. Arnold would be there to put it in a headlock.

I'm sorry you don't understand what the words mean. I'll help. That's not what scalping is. Additionally, the video was released when the figure was released. Retail price was 25. It was answerable at retail. Hope that helps even though I didn't use any emojis to convey the information.
