You definitely inspired me to lean out, particularly for the face reward, your own testimonial was all I needed to see. I decided to try the pescatarian diet as my own adjunct and I've found it quite profound. I wish I had done bloodwork before I started it, I have zero doubts that I would have shown a large difference in cholesterol and lipids and very likely inflammation reduction as well. Something strange, I have noticed certain foods, dairy and beef seem to cause a spike in progestogenic, prolactinic, estrogenic, or other estrogenic like effects. I am wondering if these foods are enhancing the aromatase activity or if they actually contain near identical hormone components that are capable of manifesting undesirable side effects directly.
Steve could you please make a video on skin tightening? Maybe on ghk with micro needling and if anavar topically and growth could help? Etc. I’ve lost 107lbs and I was quoted 30k for surgery. I’m going to put this here for myself, but also for you guys: Carbohydrate restriction flushes out a boatload of water and gives you a dryer look. As do DHT derivatives because they lower estradiol levels. Keto is absolutely one of the best ways to lean out, but it does deflate your muscles a bit and you lose some power in the gym. If you want the benefit of getting lean but not losing too much size or strength, use targeted keto (TKD) and intermittent fasting. Intermittent fast by eating your first meal at lunch time, usually protein in the form of chicken or beef, maybe some vegetables. Your second and last meal of the day should be post workout when the muscles are depleted of glycogen. Introduce protein + EAA (essential amino acids) + 20-30g of carbs + 1 piece of fruit. The combination opens different pathways for protein synthesis without gaining water weight so you can stay leaner, but still gives you a little extra refill in your glycogen stores while keeping the rest of your tissues dry. Thank me later.

Yeah careful on the Coticosteroid creams (clobetasone butyrate and daktarin in my case). Was using for skin conditions and over the course of two months I had the side effect of Chronic Serous Retinopathy. Perhaps Anastrozole 0.5mg weekly added to it, but nonetheless ocular side effects are no joke.

5amino 1 mq is very good and can be used with nmn and trans resveratrol for sirt-1 activation as well. Fat control and helps with cholesterol. It is a bit expensive but you can use as low as 50mg per day. Though i am not giving any advice and not a doctor.

Add enough level of stress.... past the level that normally just causes weight gain.... To the level that you can't even eat, if you do you have a hard time holding in down if you even can... AND then use that stress to inflict discomfort on yourself. You will find that within the discomfort it becomes the only comfortable part of your life. Don't recommend, but it worked for me.
Diet is king, but the problem with diet it that it gets rid of fat according to your genetics, not according to aesthetics. My stubborn belly fat is stubborn because that's the last place my body will target when it begins to burn fat. I'd literally have to be staving, and miserable all the time before I'd see any change start to take place there. I couldn't sleep at night which further adds to the misery and irritability. Not a good time to be around people. A way to kick start a fat loss program, but definitely not sustainable over the long run.

After a long keto diet, my fat loss stopped. When I added in cardarine and 1.5iu of HGH I started losing fat again like at the start of the diet.
