      Look at the comments, yes they do. Most people don’t want to delve this deep into the topic unless they’re sure they’re gunna take something. And even then a lot of people are just lazy. I’m sure some people have come here and gotten overwhelmed and gave up on the idea.

    You definitely inspired me to lean out, particularly for the face reward, your own testimonial was all I needed to see.
    I decided to try the pescatarian diet as my own adjunct and I've found it quite profound.
    I wish I had done bloodwork before I started it, I have zero doubts that I would have shown a large difference in cholesterol and lipids and very likely inflammation reduction as well.
    Something strange, I have noticed certain foods, dairy and beef seem to cause a spike in progestogenic, prolactinic, estrogenic, or other estrogenic like effects. I am wondering if these foods are enhancing the aromatase activity or if they actually contain near identical hormone components that are capable of manifesting undesirable side effects directly.

    Steve could you please make a video on skin tightening? Maybe on ghk with micro needling and if anavar topically and growth could help? Etc. I’ve lost 107lbs and I was quoted 30k for surgery.     15:40 The skin thinning effect of the type of topical steroid cream you are referring to here is partly due to a down-regulation of collagen production, and this is what you DON'T want because you are compromising the structural integrity of the skin

    I’m going to put this here for myself, but also for you guys:
    Carbohydrate restriction flushes out a boatload of water and gives you a dryer look. As do DHT derivatives because they lower estradiol levels. Keto is absolutely one of the best ways to lean out, but it does deflate your muscles a bit and you lose some power in the gym.
    If you want the benefit of getting lean but not losing too much size or strength, use targeted keto (TKD) and intermittent fasting.
    Intermittent fast by eating your first meal at lunch time, usually protein in the form of chicken or beef, maybe some vegetables.
    Your second and last meal of the day should be post workout when the muscles are depleted of glycogen. Introduce protein + EAA (essential amino acids) + 20-30g of carbs + 1 piece of fruit.
    The combination opens different pathways for protein synthesis without gaining water weight so you can stay leaner, but still gives you a little extra refill in your glycogen stores while keeping the rest of your tissues dry.

    Yeah careful on the Coticosteroid creams (clobetasone butyrate and daktarin in my case). Was using for skin conditions and over the course of two months I had the side effect of Chronic Serous Retinopathy. Perhaps Anastrozole 0.5mg weekly added to it, but nonetheless ocular side effects are no joke.

    Keep in mind. Coach Steve has done immense amounts of incredible work for anyone interesting in using performance enhancing pharmacological options, but you are still a test subject. Your health is always at risk no matter what you do. Never start anything without preparing yourself for the likely expensive blood testing that needs to be done before during and after every cycle. Keep in mind that influencing one thing can mess up something else and not all mechanics of action is properly or fully understood all the time, and knowledge comes by trial and error. Be safe and stay healthy.

    5amino 1 mq is very good and can be used with nmn and trans resveratrol for sirt-1 activation as well. Fat control and helps with cholesterol. It is a bit expensive but you can use as low as 50mg per day. Though i am not giving any advice and not a doctor.

    For stomach I love abs of steel cream + saran wrap + neoprene waist trimmer + back brace all night. You wake up with 1-2% difference daily. I also dermaroll and it helps speed it up. I developed a V shape using this technique in just 3 months. I failed to mention I also take semaglutide, cjc1295+ipamorelin, anavar 2x daily (morning fasted evening lifting), high test. Yes I have to do all this crap to lose fat and chisel my shnizel.

    It it proven that yohimbine // rauwolscine can efficaciously affect body fat distribution // target lovehandles?
    I've heard people mention that the literature on it targeting lovehandles is wishy washy, and instead, people tend to use it more as an appetite killer and thermogenic once at a stubborn point of their general weight-loss itself. Therefore, not necessarily targetting the lovehandles sadly and just allowing for general weight-loss to hopefully rid the lovehandles based on their bodies natural fat distribution pattern.

Im a 43m with 320lbs start weight an now 305lbs after 6w on Tirzepatide, starting to feel that im losing mussle mass also, many recommend trt and hgh stacks to the Tirzepatide regim.     Add enough level of stress.... past the level that normally just causes weight gain.... To the level that you can't even eat, if you do you have a hard time holding in down if you even can... AND then use that stress to inflict discomfort on yourself. You will find that within the discomfort it becomes the only comfortable part of your life.
    Don't recommend, but it worked for me.

    Diet is king, but the problem with diet it that it gets rid of fat according to your genetics, not according to aesthetics. My stubborn belly fat is stubborn because that's the last place my body will target when it begins to burn fat.
    I'd literally have to be staving, and miserable all the time before I'd see any change start to take place there. I couldn't sleep at night which further adds to the misery and irritability. Not a good time to be around people. A way to kick start a fat loss program, but definitely not sustainable over the long run.

So if I break that into 3 part example- 1hr at morning 1hr at afternoon and 1hr after workout or should I perform 3hrs continuously. Which one will be superior or both r same .     Steve, I train early early morning fasted without a problem. I am on TRT, can I still intermittently fast? I guess what I am asking is should I eat a post workout meal and break the fast or maybe leave the IF for days off from training?

    1.what about alternate day fast for lower back fat?
    2. Is IF (16-8) while consuming regular amounts of carbs worse than a keto diet? For lower back fat.
    3. Carbs are cheap and can be used as a volume food, so fasting or IF might work better for people like me. Will fasting or IF prevent significant muscle gain for a regular lifter?

    Hi steve. I am a natural.
    I have a really bad fat distribution.
    I am not fat overall (can see my upper two abs) but the amount of lower back fat is unreal. It is equivalent to someone who is obese.
    What to do about it? I think I might be insulin resistant

      I am doing the Keto diet for the third time. First time had amazing results. Second time a little less. This time, I am starting the third week and only have dropped 5lbs 😢
