This is an experience to have. A retreat that will definitely lower stress level and BP. I like the fact that they allow you to film it. Visualising the universe will be the best for me. (Athiest 😇) I truly love your experience.

I love this! Very inspiring. Oh wow, free-- I did not expect that. I totally get the bathroom sharing thing, I’m def the same way. Not you waking up at 6am, proud of you for that. This is an amazing experience, so glad that you got to experience it.
I will be returning to Chiang Mai this year to do another retreat. I am a Zen Priest in Japan, however it is different for me as my foundation practice is Chinese . I enjoy hearing other views and in English is helpful. Love Chiang Mai! Will be one of my yearly visit places. I will check out this monastery next year. 🙏🏾
