Amazing, I love the fact that you have demonstrated that an absolute beginner could go to a retreat like this. Also, it seems that there’s so much flexibility and it’s not strict which I think is important for the real beginner. Can you bring your kids if they are well behaved children ? Or just adult retreat?
I believe kids are ok but i would suggest emailing them first they may have a age restriction like 10+
