Kevin, I love the music you play in your videos. I especially love what you play when you go shopping. It is so relaxing. Thank you for sharing your life with all of us!
I love how you include us in the video. Not just be talking to us but by saying things like “this is the granola you and I made a few videos back”. It’s like we are friends and actually there. It’s so wholesome.
There is no better friend than someone who takes us with them to see what they're doing and someone who shows us how to do certain things and invites us to eat with them and someone who truly welcomes us and includes us in their lives. We all yearn for this and, Kevin, you are our friend!!!
I am sitting at my table having lunch next to a vase of arranged flowers, thanks to what I've learned from you, sipping tea, and enjoying your day with you. ☺️ Gratitude to you, Lizette, and your fur babies for bringing a moment of peace and elegance to my otherwise dreary day as spring is taking a bit longer here in Minnesota. 🌷🪻🌱
PS, you've inspired me to paint inexpensive planting pots this year instead of buying already decorated ones. I can't wait to paint them in the colors of my choice! 😁
Кевин, вы мне напоминаете одного очень дорогого мне человека, с которым судьба нас развела. Вот я смотрю на вас и вспоминаю его. И так мне тепло на сердце❤
I love that you are authentic. It does not matter that you did not changed. the food looks fantastic and the garden is growing. I admire everything you do. It is a beautiful life. A big hug. See you next video.
I love all and all of your wonderful trips you made with us. You make my day and helps me to see the world as a fine place. Thank you, my friend! 🐈🐈⬛🐕🦺🧓🦋🌷🥀🍀🥑🍷Bye^^
Love the jardiniere and the geraniums. I will have to do some chicken marinades too. Such a good idea for a busy day. In Melbourne, Australia the weather is becoming cooler and the leaves are starting to fall and I will have to look at your recipes from last year. Thanks for your help and advice. 😊😊
No need to apologize for not changing for dinner. While it's nice to dress up, you deserve to relax after a long day of gardening, painting, shopping and cooking. I love the color you chose for the urns. Spring's been a little rainy and on the cooler side here in the NE, but I love the change of seasons. As always, I love your videos.
I love to watch your videos. I’m learning a lot of from you. Your videos give me peace and hungry. Thank you for sharing your recipes and tips. By the way, your voice reminds me “Mr. Rogers Neighborhood”
Another inspiring video. You make everything look so easy that it inspires me to do whatever you're doing, cooking, gardening, enjoying an afternoon tea. Thanks Kevin for your time with us.
I never ever even heard of luvedge. I hope to try it someday. And thank You Kevin for once again sharing a special day in your life with me. I truly enjoy getting to watch all the wonderful things you do. You are a wonderful inspiration 🌷🌷🌷
Spring has started here in UK too. Yesterday I planted 40 runner bean plants (string beans), 30 asparagus crowns, 12 purple tomatoes in a greenhouse and also 25 seed potatoes in red Desiree and white Maris Piper varieties.
If of thy mortal goods thou art bereft And from thy slender store Two loaves alone to thee are left, Sell one, and with the dole, Buy hyacinths to feed thy soul. - Saadi, Persian poet My grandmother used to quote this poem as I was growing up. When you said the herb garden fed your soul, I thought of her. Thank you.
Love lovage! When we moved to our home four years ago we found it growing all over the backyard. I didn’t know what it was, but went crazy over the fragrance. We use it in salads, soup, and best of all… in toasted tomato sandwiches. It’s a wonderful old herb-such a pity so few people know it. ❤
You all ways have an innate ability ( that’s so very NATURAL within you) to add this succinct perfect touch of elegance with EVERYTHING you DO!,,, I just luvvvvv you!!,,,
In the UK, sweet pea growers tend todig a deep trench in early winter and start to put in all sorts of compostable material. Then we sew sweet pea seeds in root trainers, i use old toilet roll tubes. When they sprout we pinch out the growing tip to make it branch, then after the last frost we plant the whole thi g in the trench. We dont disturb the roots. As they flower, and grow up the cane, sometimes yohcan take the plant from the cane and lay it ontheground to extend the flowering season. We have garden competionshows where sweet peas are judged and rosettes are wo forthebest o es withthemost " falls".
Hello kevin love your videos and your beautiful home. Do you ever go to goodwill? I bet New York would have some beautiful finds !!would like to see you shop at goodwill and see what you would buy. I buy the most vintage beautiful dishes and all kinds of victorion treasures you gota go shop at goodwill so so worth it !!!!! Have great day,!!!!!!!!
Lovage is wonderful. Use the leaves in any dish that you want the flavor of celery. Use the stems in stocks. I will be making your chicken dish. Another lovely video. You always make me smile. 👍👍on the garden urn!
Once more a wonderful relaxing video ! We’ve gone back to normal day time, don’t really like Daylight Saving. I love the drive to your Plant Farms etc, & look forward to the music , your plantings in your garden, & your cooking, thanks again ! 😍🇦🇺
Hi Kevin, you asked us about lovage. A friend gave me a piece of root a few years ago; I had heard of this herb but had never tried it - I now have a lovely plant which is just starting its regular spring growth. But I never knew how exactly I could make use of it - (it’s a very strong flavour), but thanks to your salad recipe Kevin I now know! I will be making the blue cheese dressing and then your lovage salad and I’m really looking forward to it, so thankyou!
I like the Urn color. I wish I had your energy!! I used to garden but health issues have hampered me for a number of years. I have been enlisting my kids on Mother's day every year to plant my flowerbeds. I've never heard of lovitch before. Where I grew up, in Maryland, we called scallions "spring onions.". Thanks for taking us with you on your adventures!
How could we not forgive you for not dressing for dinner!!! After all the pleasure you give us, with your gentile way of filling your day and letting us share it. Enjoy your relaxing g evening
Thank you for the blue cheese dressing recipe. I'm in Riverside County, Calif, in a low desert. About every 20 years we get an excellent Winter with sufficient rains to make things thrive. This was one of those years. I planted potatoes the first week in January and harvested them recently. I'm debating putting in another batch to harvest in July. Things get hot here about then, but hoping this year may continue to be more moderate than usual. I tend to think this way about the same time each year, so it might be too hopefu on my part. I'm also harvesting English peas, leaf lettuce, cilantro, and Swiss Chard. But all are wanting to bolt, so there won't be much more. I've put in some leeks and two tomato plants last week. I'm also trying my hand at seed starting: tomatillos, peppers, Summer squash, and the last leaf lettuce run. I'm trying Anasazi beans, but clueless about growing them. I need to sow other beans too. Yard long, green bush types, and another pole variety... Either the Blue Lake or a Romano. Happy Gardening!
As always, you are a balm for my soul. Thank you! Never knew about loveage - will now research and check out the possibilities. Many thanks and many, many blessings. Go Avery! Binkie and Goldie!!!!
You painted the planter the perfect color I really like it. The flowers are going to be beautiful in it. You made a delicious dinner today. I wish I was there eating it with you.. You have so many talents, which I admire. There was no need to change. Don’t worry about it.
❤❤❤Hello my friends, Kevin and Lizeth. Nice to see you again Wow you're already in your garden. My son came home with seeds that I am trying my best to grow. I think I am going to have to go to the market just like you. I have been reading in the news about vegetables and fruits that contain pesticides. Is kind of scary. I have promised my son that I will try God Willing to grow vegetation like you. Wish me luck my friend. You don't have to change at all if you don't want to. We are still going to see you anyway❤ Thanks my friends for a beautiful day. I just love the way you dance going down the stairs at the entrance of your home when you are going for a drive😂 Take care, be safe until we see you again GW. ❤❤❤
Hello, dear Kevin. I want to tell you that your channel is wonderful. It was as if I had fallen into my dream, which you brought to life. Good luck to your channel and a long and happy life in your wonderful home and garden. Thank you for your work.
Hi Kevin! I think the choice of colour for your urn is perfect. It’s a nice neutral that will allow whatever plant is put in it to shine. Thank you for your inspiration. You accomplish so much in a day - it’s an encouragement to get moving myself. Thanks for that. Take care.
Hi Kevin, Want you to know my husband and I enjoy your videos. Thank you for the freshness and varied topics you cover. I want to say there are many recipes I want to try. You present your cooking/baking in a way that seems doable. I would like to approach my daily living in a more calming way like you exhibit in your videos. Thank you for your time and effort. Such a help in the times we are living in. Donna and Mitchell from central Ohio.
🥀💐You have many talents, and I loved the dark grey paint for the garden urn. I am excited to see your garden this Summer! I noticed the tabby cat has one blue eye and one green eye! She's special! Our Spring has been rather cold here in Montreal. I love the colors of the dinner table you chose! Have a great weekend !
For the last 3 days I've worked sun up to sun down in my 3 flower beds and 3 food beds. Ive planted tomatoes, green beans, squash, sweet peppers, leeks, and all my herbs are doing great. A busy few days for sure! As I turned on your video I was eating Greek yogurt with home made granola I some what copied from when you made yours and low and behold you were fixing the same breakfast! I was going to rest today but you hae inspired me to paint an iron shelf I acquired this weekend that matches one I painted last week so thank you! I love the urn you painted its a beautiful piece! And you have 4 did you say? Wow very nice! I love the old pieces they are always durable and stand the test of time! Your videos are 1 of my most favorite to watch so thank you for all you share I feel as tho we are friends as crazy as that sounds! Have a great day!
Love the deep gray. All of my spring flower seeds have terminated; violas, pansey, and for later planting:petunias. All are rare seeds and their colors are a pallet of watercolor shades. My snapdragons are up about an inch, as are the poppies. These were sown outside about six weeks ago. I planted 4,000 snapdragons and 1,000 poppies. My fingers are crossed that the voles don't decide to have a banquet! Good growing to you Kevin.

Let's see...the gray paint for the cast iron container you saved is beautiful. Dinner looks so delicious, I think I could eat two servings! The romaine seedlings I am imagining as large plantsI I learned that sweet peas are flowers, not food. LOl Actually, I think I re-learned. Martha Washington geraniums are my favorites, as is the new blue and white container it is placed in. I had a marvelous visit with you today Kevin. And it was a beautiful sunny day!
You are forgiven and have earned the wonderful dinner. Didn’t know about luvage but would like to try. Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs to your little helpers❤

I love the color you picked for the ern!!
Very pleasant and relaxing day we spent outside. I had two of those urns for years...and every summer I said I was going to paint them. I never did.
All the seedlings you’ve been growing are so cute and healthy popping up.
I like the grey color you chose. If I were to choose, I would pick a bright blue like the color of your jacket.
Dinner looks fabulous!!! 💖 You always bring a smile to my face. 🥰
