GREAT setup these folks have👏👏we own a 45 ft provost 2017 & we LOVE cruising the country. We live in New England so it’s parked in the driveway when we’re not touring. GREAT way to live I highly recommend it if you have the means.
Once I seen inside newell I'm screwed cause every other coach I see or walk into just can't compare with that height and I see almost all coaches have upper cabinets that make it more restrictive feeling I even considered remodeling high end country coach and removing those uppers see if it would compare but I think not!! Awesome coach , people and lot great video andrew!!

I love the owners passion. They clearly love it. Would I put that much money in a depreciating asset? No, not even on my worst day. It’s not a home. A 2 million dollar house in 15 years will go up, with land alone. Yet, when it’s your money, fuck the haters. Good for you two.
Very nice coach. I love the ceiling. Floor not so much, but to each it's own. I'm going to do a remodel on mine this spring. That ceiling will be in mine. For paint, I'll do a wrap. My flooring will be ceramic, textured.

I'm trying to understand buying of property and setting up an rv and outdoor living space. What happens when you travel, is everything stored, tied down left out? Local regulations allow you to do this as long as there is water, sewage, and electric connections? Florida is not off grid freindly.
While filing that, file a note for the irresponsible people procreating while on government assistance and then file another note for the government rewarding them for draining the system and then another note to the government questioning why low income seniors that are retired after working 40-60+ years have to pick between food and their life saving meds-I can go on but I will stop here

There's the Prevost commercial bus chassis or Newell's purposely designed chassis. .. Both intensely engineered. .. Somehow I'm gravitating towards the Prevost bus chassis as being the "quiet" solid starting point of the two top tier motorcoach in North America. ..
I’ve worked on many coaches over the years and I can tell you without any reservation that Newell is the finest coach built and has been for 40 years. No comparison.

One could buy 5 to 6 homes, living in one and renting the other 5 with rental income! 2 million dollars for a Box on Wheels is Insane, when it depreciates tremendously year to year! The maintenance on the box on wheels would cost 2 to 3 times more yearly than all the 5 to 6 houses one could purchase with 2 million dollars! Real estate appreciates, box on wheels high end negative investment!
