As someone who specifically researches the obscurest presidents (I find them the most compelling- save for maybe Benjamin Harrison) I find this video really well made! Usually I'm annoyed by the anachronistic ways people talk about history, especially parts of it we cast heavy judgment on, but you never phrased things in an annoying way. My only note so far is that I don't think your information about the Gadsden Purchase is fully correct. The first draft for the treaty was signed in 1853, under Franklin Pierce. This is seen as one of his few victories, so it stuck out to me that it was credited to Fillmore. If you'd like a little extra win for Fillmore, you can note the Commodore Perry expedition. I appreciate your information about Harrison, since I really don't know much about him. Also, a thought about your conclusion on MVB: yeah, apparently he has the fewest books written about him out of all others. I think it's because he seems so much to be a character under Jackson. I can't think of any president whom I perceive more as a sidekick; only Taft comes to mind but he distinguished himself in many ways. MVB was an excellent politician but part of that was his ability to conceal his real opinions and work behind the scenes. His ability to pragmatically get things done earned him his nicknames. But when it came to his presidency, he dealt with the aftermath of an economic panic he helped in creating (some try to alleviate his culpability but he was as much the blame as Jackson) and the Whigs managed to twist his life, that was humble in reality (at least in origin), to that of a Washington elite- while the privileged Harrison drank relatable cider in his relatable log cabin. The propaganda for that election went crazy.
Why can't the former one be like the rest and fade into the sunset quietly and leave our lives in peace. He brings nothing but division, discord and dread. All demonic things according to the Bible. Pray MAGA will awake from his grip for humanity's sake. In Jesus' name heavenly Father, PLEASE!
