- FloTrack took a trip to Waco, Texas to check out how Baylor 800m specialist Aaliyah Miller works on her speed. The IAAF World U20 Silver Medalist currently ranks fifth in the NCAA with a 2:02.89 set at the Iowa State Classic.

What non distance runners don’t realize is that this is the easiest part, the end season speed training is like the cherry on the cake. The real killer is base training of 60+ miles per week.
