It's difficult to determine that. But a quick troubleshoot is to test the ailing heads in another printer with xp600 printer head.
If they print. They it will be easier to troubleshoot why your machine is not printing it.
But please note that you can buy a new printer head that's not printing. But I'm not sure you can be that unlucky two times in a row.
