Hi what could be the problem when the printer prints faint colours i have done the flush and even cleaned the head with a flush chemical instead it now prints a blue colour but very faint?
I have an A3 flatbed printer with a uv impresion system, with an xp 600 head, but the heads often get damaged, out of nowhere they stop printing correctly, curiously it has been 3-4 months in the same period of time, I don't know if they are the poor quality printheads or damaged by the printer.
For starts. The XP600 printer Head, is not like a DX5. And you should expect it not to last beyond 3 to 4 months.
Now I know some people who have been lucky with these heads. And they have used it beyond this. But generally speaking they don't last very much.
And if you use UV ink on these things and it still lasts 4 months, then you are one of the few of us who use XP600 for that long.
I know people who damage these heads in about 2weeks.
@@richwords1 I thank you for the answer, and if it is uv ink, the manufacturer always blames the ink and I cannot be buying heads every 3 months, because my production is little, imagine there are 60 cases for cell phones .. it does not cost to be changing it often

I Keep burning printheads, it sometimes last for less than 2 weeks. mostly the yellow colour goes off or becomes light first
You can use the remedy in this video to solve yellow color missing.
It works but my head doesn't last long. Not even a month

Contact your manufacturer and tell them you plan to change the driver /mainboard and the carriage board of your machine.
You can change the two power boxes as well.
If they sell new components to you. It should return to normal.

Do you have any advice for absolutely blank nozzle test? I have a new machine and this is first time I instaill it, for receive absolutely blank after doing all the steps.
If it's first time install. Then there there are only two scenarios where problems can arise.
1. If You didn't install the printer head cable properly.
2. If you have damaged the head during installation.
You can try a new cable and be sure you connected the printer well. If it still turns out blank, then you can just replace the printer head.
@@richwords1 The PA Tools could recognize the printer even when print head's damaged? My PC recognize it but print blank indistintcly.
@@juanbautistadl PA tools have nothing to do with nozzle test. Nozzle test is a machine function. If it doesn't happen directly on the machine, then something is wrong with it.

hlo sir if black & Yellow nozzel gives half lines printed on nozzel test print command plz give the solution for that so that it gives the proper nozzel test print.
Use a syringe to pull the ink at the base of the tank. So that you force all the blocked nozzles to free up. When pulling ensure that there is force on pulling. If not maybe the cap is bad.
That should work. If it doesn't. It may be an electronic problem.

This question is a broad one. Find time to call me.

It's difficult to understand why it's drawing Lines.
But here are a few possible situations.
1. If the printer head is old. It will start drawing Lines. To correct it. Yo have to clean nozzle as frequently as possible.
2. if your printer head has electronic signal problem. This has no solution other than to manage it and be cleaning nozzle. Other wise buy another printer head.
3. If a certain color is drawing Lines. You can swap that color with another slot on the head that has two colors. E.g red and cyan. so that the other color can help the other one still print.
4. If your ink is not not supplying well. Either it's not coming to the head well or its coming too much so it's blocking the nozzle.
In a nutshell only a physical inspection can guarantee the actual cause of the problem.
