Printer head initializes correctly but ink is not pumping into the print head and also it’s not pumping when I press the machine pump button… what could be the issue?

Likely the pump then.

Machine pump problem if not pumping.
If pumping but not printing printer head, cable or board issue.

Head is not working check data cable from head board to head or change the head
