This is legitimately one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen. It messes with my brain in way I've never experienced before.

A dream is when you wake up in your sleep and find yourself observing your brain parts doing their thing as their own thing. Current AI is a brain part that we are observing.
Honestly if you think about it from a biological standpoint - we only see and experience during the day in realtime, whereas our brain is basically doing the processing and sorting at night during sleep. There seems to be a strong correlation to our long-term memory and quality of sleep. These AI generated images are akin to dreams because it might actually be mimicking the process of what physically happens during dreams.

AI’s are still very dumb and they only pick up what you teach them/ what information is available so it’s just showing us what we show it. It is more likely that Humans will be the cause of existential destruction. In Yogic belief it is said we’ve come and destroyed ourselves 83 times over already and I’m inclined to believe that considering what humanity is doing to itself now.
No doubt there could be a foreseeable future in which AI is used as a tool of destruction, but humans will be the cause.

It seems fine and normal until you actually concentrate and realise its not quite normal, there are anomalies or flat out wrong things in it like melting fingers or extended mouths and yet in a dream it still seems normal until you wake up and process it. It makes me wonder if we are gazing into the dreams of AI sometimes.
