The Interceptor 650 is perfect for roads in Thailand. Bikes are not allowed on the faster tollways here.

What a great viewpoint on a rarely raised factor for bike purchase. Please keep the content coming :)

Thank you! It is a different way of looking at motorcycles, especially when there are many good ones to choose from that vary from 20 to 200 horsepower!

@@QuentinsMotoVlog I’ve my CBT British basic test tomorrow but really not sure what to get or how to map it into hopefully getting better. Want to get out there though you know??

@@robmoon6442 interesting question. If I lived in the UK and I was just starting out I would give Royal Enfield a serious look. The Meteor 350 is just brilliant if you don’t need to spend a lot of time doing 70 mph or more. And very affordable.

People will run you over on the country backroads in rural America.
I bought my first bike after taking a decade off of riding. My last bike would do over 180mph and I was crazy enough to test that back then. The one I just bought tops out at 100mph but is completely comfortable cruising along at 80 and I am good with that. It will probably keep me out of trouble.

Yes. 100 mph top speed is probably enough here in the States, although I’ve seen posted speed limits of 90 mph in some western states where distances are large a populations small. So maybe a little more power is useful there.

@@QuentinsMotoVlog I could see that. I just don't need the temptation to do too much.

@@kjaubrey4816 that’s smart. Your current bike doesn’t have to be your last! I watch videos on how to ride and I’m still learning after 30 years of riding. But I find nothing helps more than hours of riding, learning how to deal with the countless situations that arise. I love it.
