bread flour 250 grams (1 3/4 cup)
all purpose flour 250 grams (2 cups grams )
bread improver 3 grams (1 tsp)
sugar 120 grams (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
cold water 200ml
all purpose cream 35 grams (2 tbsp)
egg yolk 5 large
vanilla 2 tsp
unsalted butter 50 grams (3 1/2 tbsp)
shortening 50 grams(3 1/2 tbsp)
Buttercream Icing:
butter 150 grams
powder sugar 150 grams
cream or milk 35 grams ( 2 1/2 tbsp) cold
Filling: 1 box (1 cup 225 grams cream cheease)

Baking time: 18-20 minutes (160°C) until the top0 of the bread is slightly golden brown.
