I love pork floss so much. I first tried it when an asian bakery opened in my city when I was a teen. Nobody in my family liked that place but me, I was fascinated by the sweet-salty powdery stuff on top of their tuna bun, and I had no idea what I was even tasting. The place eventually closed down and I never got to ask what it was, until I came across pork floss on the internet. Thank you so much for this recipe!
Amazing how different cultures use the same ingredients in a such unusual way for us. I've tried that in one of my trip to Asia and it was a really incredible surprise. I loved this video.
Thank you for sharing the recipe. This is my childhood favorite food,, my grandma used to make this for us. She is gone to be with the lord but her cooking always remains in my heart ❤️.
I just picked up some pork floss today and was looking for good ways to eat it and I'm so glad I stumbled across this video! I'm much too tired to make it at home for now but once I have more energy I want to try. It looks so delicious and fluffy!! The one i bought from the store looks delicious too but its not as fluffy and it's probably much nicer homemade.
So many ways! -wrapped with spring roll skin then deep-fry. Cut spring roll skin into smaller squares to make mini spring rolls and eat as snacks. Use egg as glue. -pork floss bread -eat with steamed glutinous rice -sprinkle on fried rice -with spread mayonnaise on bread

Are you referring to the floss itself? Where are you from? Thanks!
This is such a magical food to me. Glad I can try to make it tonight
So sweet of you... keep sharing ❤
It looks like it takes a while to make but still very easy! And it lasts a long long time! Thank you for the video! Rice balls look so good!

Thank you. I have never eaten this before. It looks like "Jerky Chew" that we used to eat back in the 1990s.
Wouldn’t this be great for camping too? Convenient protein.
Thank you! Craving this now. ❤
How much broth did use to make seasoning sauce?, thank you

Thankyou for a very nice recipe/ video I wanted to ask you how many grams of the finished product is there from the kilo of Pork Shoulder?
Less than half. I used 640g chicken and the floss weighed 300g.
yeah my sister gave me some from thailand. i just ate it out the bag
What is that whit little pancake in the beginning
Yummy 😊
Lots of work
Instead of pork can i gv a try with chicken
YES
the closest thing we have like that in America is Jack Links beef "chew".
did i heard it correctly? 5hrs ?
Yes. "...have simmered for 5 hours. Remove them..."
Yep, tho imo 4 hours is enough as well.
How do you store this? How long does it last ?
She said store it in fridge for up to a year.
Is this pork tenderloin?
PORK SHOULDER, I BELIEVE
Hi
Why do I keep thinking that I’m hearing a French-Asian accent? 🤔
"Morgane" sounds like a French name.
Wherever she's based, or from, this is a great recipe
😆👍❤
I can never eat pork floss as a kid, it always looked like dust to me
Was distracted by the Christmas music
