Loved this lady ..I am a sugar loving person ..but my first love is my Lord ..I am going to pray and ask for help ..to overcome my cravings ..will be listening to more of this teaching ..I need to lean on the Lord And not the sugar cane
Yes!!! Wendy this is my second time fasting. I feel so different and I added fasting coffee and wine also. I confess it’s been a little difficult because coffee was my go to three times a day. My coworkers have asked me why I’ve been so quiet? Are you ok? I just have so much peace and don’t really want to leave my holy space because temptation is everywhere. Candy, muffins Chocolate, donuts and most of all COFFEE with sweet creamers. I limited my self to one spoon of Raw honey a day. I divide it into 1/2 teaspoon in the morning with my tea and 1/2 for dinner. I enjoy reading my notes in my book from last year and in able to see how much I have changed my priorities. My chocolate cravings have diminished. The Lord is filling me in so many ways. Jesus is awesome he’s always there. He word is so wonderful to read and I know understand and see things in scripture that I missed before. I also notice my prayers have increased and my spiritual journey is the most important thing in my life. Jesus comes with me all day to do all my things. 🙏💙🇮🇱Love you in Christ and i Bless You in Jesús Name
