Thank you for uploading another Wazwan dish "seekhkebab". In my opinion in order to enjoy kashmiri dishes the rice should be at room temperature and meat or veg dishes should be served hot. With the exception of seekhkebab. God Bless you dear.
The most important thing in making of seekh kabab is :- How many eggs to add in how much meat. Less eggs will do problem n more eggs will be problematic too... Hope you have given the right Information Thank you

I cooked kebabs today , pan fried them , taste wise they are superb , just lag softness .. wanna know What is the procedure for cooking kebabs so that they stay soft... is there any other cooking process which I am not aware of ? Help is much appreciated 🙂
Wazwan kebabs are not fried. They are roasted on low heat and if the flame is high, they'll be dry and lack moisture. Always roast them on low flame. And for serving, they are heated in a curry like roganjosh one etc.
