Chicken breast mince
Eggs-3
Red chilli-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Green cardamom and black cardamom seeds-4,5 each
Salt as per taste
Cumin seeds-1tsp
For making curry-
Mustard oil
Tomato purée
Ghee
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Fennel seed powder-1tsp
Ginger powder-1/3tsp
Garlic paste-1tbsp
Curd-200gms
Water
Dried mint powder-1tsp

In the areas of Sopore and Bandipora, there is a famous dish cooked almost in all the households during winter season, namely "Sopori Fish with mixed Kashmiri Pickle" which is very sweet and delicious in taste. During my college days, when my late mother was transferred to Sopore as Head Mistress Teacher's Training School, i was there and have been served this delicious dish many times and found it very very yummy and mouthwatering and am unable to forget it but didn't get it in ny city on any occasion, as no one couldn't cooked at my house or through over my relation. Asalaamualikum sister I m watching ur videos from Dubai and trying to copy it kindly let me know one thing I was watching ur videos on rista and roganjosh but as u are using same spices in both recipes then how may roganjosh differ in taste then rista
Rista does not have any curry of its own, so to make a curry we use roganjosh curry
