This deck is amazing! The art kind of gives me a primitive, childish, calming feel. I feel like if I were to work with this deck it would bring out some deep, long lost memories and energy from my childhood. I think my favorite is the generosity card. The art is a good representation of giving. The sun giving light to the moon so it can shine. The sun giving its energy to the tree to grow and the Earth giving the trees roots nutrients. Really love the solitude card as well.
This deck feels fascinating. They look like a child got hold of someone's artwork, and just went bananas on it. I very much like that aspect of it. After all, many of us lose our childlike qualities as we grow older. The Childhood card really hit me. The paw inside of a paw feels like being protected, and guided like a parent guides and cares for their children.
In an interview, I think it was Ylva who said that the paw print belongs to their dog Iris and that Iris played a huge role in giving the deck this animal energy. That's so precious. :)
I am really happy you broke their concept down and explained everything, I’ve been struggling with creating/finding myself a reading system and this concept sounds really relatable to me
To your question from the end, Midnight stood out most to me when you were going through them. I love these cards, now. I wish I’d seen the Kickstarter, but I’ll keep an eye open for the public sales to start.
I am so glad you reviewed this amazing deck! The witches that made this deck are amazing- truly in deep with the working. Raw, honest, ancestral, deep, visceral-I find it difficult to articulate my feelings accurately here, but I live in the area and I know these cards were poured over with the workings they described. The Living Altar is not just a name, this is truly a lived and earnest offering.
I love this deck so much! It's permanently on my altar. :) The Ancestor card is the one that sealed the deal for me, when I was buying this deck. I really hope they do make a travel size of this some day, so we can take it with us, wherever we go and work our magic wherever we are. :)

typically i don't like oracle decks; i've been reading cards (tarot and cartomancy) for several years and i've been interested in picking up an oracle deck since i started, but i haven't found any i've likes yet. this deck has not only inspired me give oracle cards a shot, but also start working on my own! (my favorite card is catalyst. the energy in that card immediately grabbed me.)
I mean, I’m sold. 66 cards with 14 of them spell cards for $65 (about £50 or so?). That’s only about $1 a card...way less than I’d be willing to pay for such a beautiful and well thought out deck. Great video, sorry there were tech issues with the initial uploading but glad it got sorted.
I was looking at the art and not liking how splotchy it sort of looks, but when I look deeper it's the 14 spell cards imagery superimposed over the other art. That's really cool

It is a multi dimensional deck… I just went to their site and bought one… My favorite card at a glance is the elder card… But I liked a bunch of them, I like The soul harvest card also and the balsamic moon… What a treasure… Funny thing is… Yesterday was my birthday… And for my birthday I had a few friends come over so that I could claim the title of witch...You see I've been a witch all my life and now turning 65 I thought it was about time I admitted LOL… So I ask everybody who came to the party to bring me a spell… Which was amazing I also asked them to get together to give me a Tarot reading with my various cards... and one of the cards told me to watch for the signs… So the next morning that was earlier today I watched this video… And I thought what an unusual deck of cards… But I wasn't ready to buy it yet… And then tonight a friend came over and they put a podcast on that was the same two women that made this deck… Who I have never heard of before and neither Did my friend… My friend also did not know that I had watched your channel so it was so random… But that was a sign I supposed to get this deck… And that the cards have spells on them wow this is a gift to myself and my inner witch

There is a book that describe a type of dice divination, it have the elements into one antoher so you could get the reply earth of earth. It is called Elemental Divination a Dice Oracle.

I felt really drawn to the fire card, Autumn card and solitude. I’m surprised fire caught my attention considering water always feels like my element. What a beautiful deck. I guess I don’t really understand the spell cards...it didn’t seem like there was a label on them...how exactly do they work and sorry for my ignorance on the subject. PS- love your eyeshadow! ❤️
I really liked the moon and sun cards. The ritual cards confuse me. Going to watch again just for those cards. I did think as you were showing "are those real items. Like real cinnamon and hair". I like how they have real items on them.
An unrelated question to anyone able to answer. How long does it need to be before you know a spell hasn't worked. I know that spells can take a while to manifest any results so I am just interested in how long it is before you can safely say it hasn't worked? Thank you :)
Personally, I would "cleanse them of any negative energies they may have picked up on their journey to you"... (IE handling from shipping travel) This wording helps to get rid of energies other than the creators to be cleansed. Words are EVERYTHING. Our words and intentions are EVERYTHING. 💚

Honestly at first glance I knew this wasn’t the general ‘aesthetic’ I’m generally drawn to, but the artwork is so intensely raw, it’s really amazing
