Door pe smart lock bola gya tha wo nhi he..sample flat me dikhaya b tha and bola b tha..
They are not providing Smart lock in Beumonde and Cygnus, Smart lock are for other society like Altair, Euphoria etc

Committment to possession ka bhi kiya tha. June 2023 was my possession. Aaj tak possession nahi mila. So think wisely before purchasing in VTP underconstruction properties.
Did VTP give you any compensation for late possession?
My flat possession is also late
