Dont give any amount not even booking amount. Google it and you will find a lot of bad reviews with clear mentioned details. discuss these issues as well with solid proofs against them will be happy to be proven wrong

Kyunki Lene walo ki kami nahi hain. Road is real issues. I am investor in Godrej Boulevard in this township. At booking We have been told 2023 road will be ready Godrej will develop. They kept hiding about legal court cases. Last 6 months now they are telling its under PMRDA. What we can do ? So till date no clear answer who is going to construct road and aquare land Builders or PMRDA?? And who ever has booking in last 2 years and booking in new projects all developer are saying the Road will be ready by the time they get possession or max 1 or 1 5 year time. But its again sales promise and its not under your purchase agreement

Kohinoor ke Greentastic project ko bhi cover karo, aaj uska RERA Certificate issue huva hai aur usme Kohinoor Riverdale nam rakha hai us project ka. Greentastic se Riverdale ye samaj nhi aaya!!
