I suggest to buy fully constructed ready made flat instead of looking for under construction properties in Bangalore. As per a recent survey by a consultancy, Bangalore has around 250 projects with over 15K flats which were never delivered till date. The money invested by the middle class people is a huge risk to buy their dream home. May be the ready made or resale flats have a higher price, but You will have peace of mind. Many big builders in the city have went bankrupt after lunching multiple projects and failed to deliver the flats. Manti, Nitesh etc to name a few. Don’t fall pray to the sales team’s talk, do your own research.

I believe you should only live in rent if the stay is temporary but if you are looking to stay for a longer period or start a family my suggestion would be to look for houses in residential areas and not flats as owning your own house is more power over owning a flat.

I think Modern Spaaces should give a treat to you guys for such an informative content. Only concern is a good hospital in that neighbourhood within 3-4 kms radius.
