Portal secret radio signal 2009 [reupload]

Original Description: I found a secret with the radios in Portal, if you take the radio somewhere in the chamber, it will sound a strange signal or code, one that I found seemed to have played a morse code.
Now: its been 6 years since that video on my old channel and I still haven't figured out the morse code, if anyone can find out what it says, please let me know.
