    Your channel came into my feed. Feeling slightly off balance this morning. Have not done the Dr Joe breath work for a few months and you just reminded me to do it. modified it using your 2 methods - 3 breaths to release incoherent energy I was feeling followed by 4 breaths of coherent energy to fill me up. It worked! Feeling great and more balance afterbthe short breath work! Thanks, Coen!

    Hey Coen, doing the breath after watching Your video, by imagine that all the things standing in my way to manifest will be resolved, is so helpfull and awesome. I have some verry beautiful creative ideas and clear intentions now, of what i will manifest for my future. My creativity and artwork was sleeping for about 20 years. Before i lived for that talent in me. It was the real expression of myself when i was young. Now this creative flame in my heart shows up again with a big will to create beautyful things. I have a verry clear intention also to do this not only for me, but to sale them. I am so happy about this. And i think it is one first results. Sometimes little changes can move mountains. For me not beeing creative was a big one. Thank you Coen. I wish you the highest good and divine love for a happy and surprising new year. Wondering what you will share in your next video🤗 sending you virtual hugs with a big and neverending smile on my face😊😄

      Hey Karin, thank you so much for your super inspiring and loving message. I really enjoyed reading it and it sounds like an amazing idea to continue with your creative work. What I have learned when we manifest is that it is the ongoing process and not letting go of our vision and dreams. In the meantime keep going after the same vision the entire time till you have reached it. I have this other video on my channel about the subconscious mind that might be interesting to watch as well th-cam.com/video/fEiFQVeb9FU/w-d-xo.html, because in that one I explain much more detailed why it is so important to focus on changing the subconscious mind when you want to achieve something.
      In my own experience your mind will try to stop you and you will have moments that you believe more and moments that you believe less in your dream / future, this is super normal. It is the power of continuesly working towards it, that manifests it ultimately into reality.
      Have an amazing day and today my new video will come online❤️

    Hey Coen! Very interesting thanks for sharing. I've been doing similar strategies lately connected to breathing exercises including the one Dr Joe teaches. It involves feeling the discomfort of the limiting beliefs, and reliving traumatic experiences I had. Once I feel the discomfort, then, I do the breath and have as a clear intention to release it. Some of the breathing exercises include some form of holothropic breathing which leads me to scream and cry. And when I do, I have in mind the blockages and traumas I'm liberating my consciousness from. The illusion of lack, the fear the terror, etc... I love to experiment, as when I do, I refine the techniques I can use with my clients.

      Thank you so much for this super interesting comment and for sharing your experiences! Beautiful to hear that you use it in similar ways and I love how you also put the intentions. Yes releasing these emotions is so liberating, also truly feeing ok in letting the emotions come up and work through you. In my own experience with every thing that you release you become a bit lighter. Have an amazing day!

    Hi Coen! Your video has been helpful and motivating for me. Thanks! I noticed you said you don't squeeze when you do the breath work. It does not sound like that has affected the results. Do you think it has mattered that you don't squeeze? I'm asking because I can't do the breath work (with squeezing) beyond 5-10 minutes without causing back problems. Your video is encouraging because it sounds like the squeezing is not necessary, even for mystical experiences. Thanks!

      Thank you so much for your nice comment and question. So when I do the breath itself I do squeeze. I have to say that for me it went better and better over time. In the beginning I also sometimes had that my upper back blocked a bit. What I do without squeezing is going through my energy center just with intention and I then pull from the 8th energy center new energy into my body. I hope this helps. Have an amazing day!

    Hi Coen, you do amazing job, your energy and enthusiasm so delivering..🙏
    Can I ask you about your personal Dr. Dispenza breatwork grabing? How many rounds do you practice in one session? How long do you hold your breath when you reach 8th chakra? Thank you very much for any reaction☀️Roman

      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Roman, thanks for your super nice comment and what I believe that it is especially important with the breath to just experiment around. By every breath for me the time that I hold it is different, sometimes only a short moment sometimes really long. Perhaps it is also interesting to watch this video: th-cam.com/video/yad8O2n1pPs/w-d-xo.html. There I go a bit deeper into the experiences I have with the breath. I personally do pretty long sessions, often over half an hour and I use my own music for it. Also have a look at the tips in that other video, that was the way I started getting his breath really under control. Hope that helps and have an amazing day!

    Hoi Coen, dank voor je interessante video's, ik heb je net "ontdekt" 😊. Ik heb een vraag over de breathing techniek. Ik doe de meditaties die ik op TH-cam vind en de breathing zoals Joe Dispenza uitlegt. Met het inademen als door een rietje naar je hoofd en het aanspannen van je spieren etc. Je weet wel wat ik bedoel. Maar omdat je zei dat je er verder niet over mag praten, is er ook een andere techniek die je op de workshop leert? Ik denk dan bv. aan wat Wim Hoff doet. Zo een event is voor mij momenteel onbetaalbaar (ik ga ervan uit dat het ooit wel goedkomt qua abundance 😉)maar omdat ik alleen maar positieve ervaringen zie van mensen die er daadwerkelijk geweest zijn vraag ik mij af in hoeverre die ademhaling de Pineal gland bereikt. Ik weet dat je moet volhouden maar toch...hoop dat je mij kan beantwoorden en ga zeker door met je video's!

    • @coenwalstra-handsonheart
      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Bedankt voor je super toffe comment en was er nog niet aan toegekomen om hem te beantwoorden! Leuk om te horen dat je met zowel de meditaties als de breathing techniek bezig bent. Ik geloof dat het een kwestie van experimenteren is en telkens opnieuw proberen. Op de retreats doet hij na sommige meditaties nog een andere ademhalingstechniek die vergelijkbaar is met Wim Hof, maar niet in combinatie met de breathing techniek die jij bedoelt. Zelf combineer ik de twee wel vak met elkaar. Eerst doe ik dan een aantal Wim Hof ademhalingen en daarna de andere. Ik adem overigens niet in zoals je door een rietje inademt, ik doe het meestal door mijn neus. Er zijn een aantal dingen die mij geholpen hebben om hem beter onder controle te krijgen en die geef ik ook als tips in deze video: th-cam.com/video/yad8O2n1pPs/w-d-xo.html. Wat ik bijvoorbeeld doe is een korte workout van tevoren en liggend vind ik hem ook veel makkelijker. Dat is denk ik interessant om te proberen en mee te experimenteren. Hoop dat dit helpt en een hele fijne dag gewenst!

    Hi Coen, just bumped into your videos. Great input. Just one remark. I don't want to think of a pink elephant. What you do is think of this pink elephant, you can't focus on other things. So if you say, I don't want to be in debt anymore.... mmmm you know what I mean. So here I am confused. Thanks

    • @coenwalstra-handsonheart
      @coenwalstra-handsonheart  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Gerrit, thank you so much for your comment, that means a lot to me and thanks for the interesting question. I do understand what you are asking, because this is what you for instance with positive affirmations would never do, you would for instance never say: I am not in debt, because your mind will still hear debt.
      What you do here is different, in this case you actually want to trigger the underlying feelings and emotions and then when they are triggered get them out of you with the breath. So by saying for instance I don't accept any longer that I am in debt you trigger the underlaying feelings. You will also only do this in this moment, so to trigger them. What I would never recommend for instance is to keep your focus the entire day on the debt, in that way you would start reprogramming your subconscious mind with that idea. It is different when you just use it to trigger yourself and feel them for that short moment. Because you only do it in that moment it will not go into your mind, actually it is already there. With for instance EFT (emotional freedom technique) you do the same, you focus for a short moment on the thing that is already there, to give it space to release. It is then also important that you after the breath session don't keep hanging in that thought, but in my experience you will not do that, because the emotional charge is gone and the trauma is gone for a big part.
      When you want to put new things in your mind, reprogram it, it are actually the things that you do with repetition and the things that you try to think about the entire day that will go in there. So I would not be concerned about thinking for a short moment about it, probably that happens to everyone, but what is important is that you then come back to the feeling that you want to feel and the thoughts that you want to have and try to do this the entire day. In my experience that is the way to get the new programs, habits and inner beliefs in your subconscious mind. When they are in there your body will follow.
      So what I do, is trigger the things that I don't want anymore, but the rest of the day I try to stay in my new future, with the thoughts and emotions that it has. In this case an abundant self. This programs it then in there and because I on the one hand released the old trauma and thoughts and on the other hand stay the entire rest of the day in the new energy and thoughts it is in my own experience a super powerful way to manifest and get your body to the new reality.
      Hope this answers your question in a good way! Have an amazing day.

      Thanks for your comment and I personally use it on bodily and emotional things. I was thinking of making a video about how I use it for that in the future. What I do is connect with the bodily or emotional sensation or feeling that I feel and then start doing the breath for it and see what comes up. What I have seen is that it is super interesting, sometimes I get flashbacks from traumatic things in the past or just feel how things are leaving me. I have already had that after a breath session it was gone, pretty profound I have to say. Have an amazing day!
