Plus Dr. Joe has a new breath work video that just came at the beginning of January I am not proficient at this either but I am trying to learn hence me watching this video lol.. My mentor introduced me to Joe. I’m now at that stage where I’m ready learn / experience the joinder of the two energies. In the gospel of Thomas, Christ spoke about making the two into one. What I have learned in my academic study is that we are turning the body into more of a bipolar magnet which is/ are two sides of a SINGLE field. Which reminds me about what Christ had said.
