Thanks sa upload sir, Sir tanong ko lang po regarding sa set up ng time periods. Sa training namin on primavera yung input namin sa hrs/day is 8hrs, yung hrs/week is 56, yung hrs/month is 240, yung hrs/year naman is 2880. Yung hrs/day input is okay pero yung hrs/week, hrs/month, and hrs/year inputs parang sobra sya kung e-compare sa actual working hours assuming no overtime. The values are obtained by assuming that sa work in a week there is 7 days, in a month there is 30 days, and in a year there is 360 days. e multiply lang yung 8 hrs/day sa 7, 30, and 360 makukuha natin yung 56, 240, at 2880 hrs. Considering sa actual there is only 6 days of work in a week kasi sunday is a non working day, tapos in a month hindi 30 days ang actual working days dahil sundays are rest days, and sa year hindi talaga aabot sa 360 days sa actual dahil sa sundays and also dahil may mga holidays pa. Hindi po ba magkakaroon ng problem kung sobra yung inputed number of hrs? or are they set as maximum or default values talaga sya sa mga projects?
bakit ganun sir nung i oopen kna yung project hindi nagha higlight yung open peoject naka blurred kumbaga hindi open yung option na (open projecct after matapos yung setting ng calendar)?

Na sort ko na yung issue sir nagawa kong delete yung buong program na nagwa na and i found out na merong mali dun sa steps na nagawa ko NOW my new question is Ano yung difference ng Total Hours/Day compared sa Detailed Works hours / day? kasi balak ko sana start time ko is 9hrs / day then start time ko is 7:30-4:30 kasi yung set up na gusto ko is yung first half hour break is 15min (not paid),then yung luck break is 30mins (paid) then yung another 15mins (not paid) meron akong half day during Saturday 6hrs (30min paid) then yung (30min not paid). Papaano ko ire reflect yung timings na yun sa scheduling ng calendar aksi wala atang 15mins? option sa calendar diba? Kasi 9hrs a day sila then, half day saturday para hindi masaydong pagod mga tao, Kasi diba depenede sa country of location yung working hours? correct me if im wrong sir? @@keladv2524 yung Total work hours/day is generic. For example 9 hours/day. Sa Detailed work hours/day, specific naman kung kailan magsisimula at matatapos yung 9 hours mo (7:30-4:30). In sync yang dalawa. Kapag nilagay mo 5 hours sa Total work hours, magbabago din accordingly yung nasa Detailed work hours and vice versa Regarding sa mga break time alam ko walang 15 mins sa primavera, increments of 30 mins lang yung kaya ng software. And yes. Depende sa country yung work hours. Pwede mo ito iset thru calendar

Then yung sa excell sir, mas mauuna ba dapat i pprepare yun so that tulad ng tutorial mo ay i co copy paste na lang? Thank you
Hi. Thank you for comment. To make the tutorial as simple as possible and hindi masyado overwhelming sa beginners, hindi ko na binasag yung mepfs works. But as scheduler, you have the freedom to break it down to a reasonable components, like 1st fix drainage system, 1st fix sewer pipes, etc. And yung mga testing, like pressure test, leak test, pwede mo din basagin by system. Yes mas maganda sana na may excel ka muna, pero pwede mong idiretso sa Primavera if you can visualize the construction sequence and the activity duration. Optional lang yung excel.
sir hindi ba mas mabuting maglagay ng info in all required segment para malaman natin or namin kung ano ano ang mga function ng bawat part ng sistema? like yung pong sa paglalagay ng Name ng proejct manager for example. I hope you can clarify more further the reason behind thanks po
Hi. Thank you for the comment. In most cases kasi, ginagamit lang natin yung software to create, monitor and update the schedule so other steps like assigning a responsible manager wont matter. But depende pa din ito sa management. If those info can help the project move forward, then yes its better to use those features.

mgset/ imodify mo pala sa time periods doon sa calendar mo, sir (i.e,., 8hours/ day, 48hours/ week, ...). baguhin mo default ng primavera doon
