As a matter of fact, 井上和彦 (Inoue Kazuhiko) is the seiyuu for both Hatake Kakashi from the Naruto franchise and Shigi from this game. Believe me when I say that I did some background checks, since the similarities of their voices sounded eerily familiar.

Well, either way, on a technicality, it can be Romanized as either Goda, Gōda, Gouda, or Gohda.
Generally speaking, the extra letter after the 'o' is just there to stress the long vowel sound. In hiragana, in some words, it's either おお (oo) or おう (ou), but pronounced like 'oh.'
