- Tatsumaru was bored so he had decided he's entertain himself by killing Jinnai's men. Grab a drink, sit back and relax and watch how Tatsumaru beats the shit out of those Ronins!
The Izuna Drop is done by pressing O+X, this is what I press in order for it to come out, just wanted to throw this out there in case you were curious or something. The move is disabled in Multiplayer by default.

I mashed a mass amount of buttons trying to draw tatsumarus sword and finally did it! he runs with it parallel to his body don't know what buttons I pressed however

What kind of move is the Izuna drop? In terms of i-frames and block removal and stuff like that.
Tatsumaru has the fastest combat movement in this game, sadly he is not playable character
You never plugged in a second controller and tried Multiplayer? The character is not a Main Playable Character but is still a Playable Character.

For me, i put the izuno drop by presing R1 + Square
That's the AI command for the move. The player has it as (O+X) but the move by default is turned off.

What is the input for the kick ending with izuna drop? I remember playing vs with my buddies but I never figured out how to do it, I could only do the furry of kicks and punches, the "how about this?"
Its disabled during multiplayer mode
R1 + Square or R1 + down + Square
It's a crouch attack. But for whatever reason you can't do it in multiplayer
