Hello my friend!
What a freaking awesome week it has been!
I'm really excited for you to come to a Yoga Class with me. I am sorry but I didn't film very well during the class... I could have picked better poses to film! Either way, I love the class and the space that the class was held in. I think the only thing that I didn't love was how loud it was in the gym while we were practising yoga. I took a night class as well and I enjoyed the quiet a bit more at that time of day. Honestly though the light coming through the windows in the morning and waking my body up with some yoga first thing in the morning was pretty great too! You really need to stick around until the end I have some BIG NEWS to share with you! Enjoy your week and if you are new to my channel thank you so much for subscribing!!!
