  • Are you just relying on one main search per Supertag? While that's a good start, you'll quickly find that constantly fiddling with filters & sorts becomes tedious. So in this video I'm going to show you how you can level up your Live Searches & build hubs for each of your Supertags so you can find exactly what you need, when you need. it.

Great presentation, Ev. Quick Q. How do I move the Task Hub to the left hand side of the Tana screen?

Great question. If you move it to your top level nodes (click the name of your workspace in the sidebar and move it there)

Oh I hope I’m doing English justice! I have Tana on mobile just in Safari, but only to check quick things. I mostly use it on desktop.
I’m sure the mobile app is on the radar for the team!

Tana is (in my opinion) more geared towards pkm (personal knowledge managment) as there are great task managers and you do not have mobile app to see tasks in Tana. Thus, you might like to make more exaples for knowledge managment as I noticed a lot of your videos is using tasks as an example.

That’s the great thing about Tana. There are so many great use cases for it. Personally task management and organising how I work is one of my main uses cases, so you’ll find me talk about it a lot.
There are many good reasons to use Tana for tasks instead of a dedicated app. Maybe I’ll talk about that in an upcoming video.
When you say knowledge management examples… what would you like to see?

@@EvChapman How to organize reading library, integrating it with highlights imported from Readwise and possibly with a journal (to see what I read when in my journal). When it comes to Readwise integration, a number of apps have it now, but I noticed that tags created in Readwise and/or hashtags one creates in the notes section of Kindle highlighst not always transfer as hashtags into the said apps. I'd like to see how to integrate the highlights from the Readwise integration with the live searches of #books in Tana. Btw, the video about why to use Tana instead of a task manager would be something I might be interested too. Keep up the good work!

@MagpieCrafter got it! I’ve got a Readwise video in the works. It should be out in the next few weeks
