Such an underrated character, man, if those Old Republic movies happen, or whatever may be done with the setting in the future, this guy really deserves to be made justice. I wish more Star Wars fans could understand just how insanely powerful this guy was, I don't think there can ever be a Sith more terrifyingly powerful in the Force, none more ambitious and patient than Tenebrae, truly an incarnation of darkness.
Tenebrea's was a true monster in the Force, I personally doubt they could do him justice on the big or small screen but it would still be epic to watch if he made an entrance 😁
modern Lucasfilm would screw everything up, they couldn't handle meaning of OT and PT (which is far less complicated story to comprehend than Old Republic), they won't be able to do Old Republic justice
Sidious > vitiate/valkorion/tenebrae. Vitiate Is lame af. Valkorion is a lot better (yes I know it's the same spirit) but he's still meh

Vitiate cant even use a lightsaber properly while sidious used his dark side to rule over an empire and DESTROYED the Jedi, Vitiate lived 1000 years and died because he was incapable of defeating satele Shan in her head.

He was a god. Just cause your a God does not mean your invulnerable. OR that your immortality will not end. IF this dude stay off the glaxazy stage he would of reigned as the most powerful force user at least top 3. Forever. His arrogance was his undoing. Which is fitting since Tenebrae is the Anicent sith version of the Movie Emperor. Even thought Tenebrae is vastly more powerful. If you had Darkempire and the movies all togethere and Written by the same persons to not have HUGE fanfic plot holes you would have Tenebrae. So sidous fanboys really should be Tenebrae fanboys as hes a far superior character. His feats are legendary. No one can compare besides the other gods. The Immortal Emperor let there be no others like him ever again. The galaxzy will not be able to handle it. lol
I wouldn't say he managed to be a god. He was very powerful for sure but he was only inmortal and unstoppable in his narcissistic worldview

Darth Sidious is confirmed as the most powerful sith Lord ever period. Sidious also has the most feats like manipulating FORCE storm which can destroy planets and fleets. He also drained the entire planet of byss without needing rituals like Valkorion. He was so strong he sustained an entire galaxy wide empire with his dark side powers (as said by Thrawn in the Thrawn trilogy) and reigning: Sidious wanted to rule the galaxy and he did for 20 years. Vitiate wanted to consume all life which he failed not to mention his empires never reached the size of the galactic empire.

In terms of character sidious has a far more interesting personality instead of some clown who just wants to kill everything.

@@FandomAmbiance Sidious is more powerful than Vitiate and it's official. Many sources state Sidious as the most powerful Sith lord the Galaxy has ever known. Vitiate is the second most powerful Sith, and the third most powerful character of Star Wars (if we exclude demons and entity like Abeloth).
Sidious surpasses Vitiate in all domains except controlling the minds of others.
And Sidious ruled only for 25 years... the whole the Galaxy. Vitiate however was not able to rule the whole Galaxy even with two Empires.
Can't likely forget that it was Sheev Palpatine that probably learned of this Immortality Trick.

The Immortal Emperor must be handled with the same quality that only they can provide. Heck hire some people from Bioware, which is a subsidiary of EA anyways.
No the old republic had many different projects but still its potential on eu is incomplete...do you think DISNEY can accomplish it with one movie? They cant even make three movies pal!

Valkorion has my vote as the most powerful Sith Lord is franchise history, regardless of Sidious’ power in Dark Empire. I think in a comparison between feats, Valkorion is supreme, unmatched. The application of his abilities and his intellect alone put him above Sidious, who was a complete moron. Valkorion also has a far better motive.
Yet Tenebrae united the galaxy... too bad it was against him. X) Plus, he failed to destroy the Jedi Order.
Sure, Sidious succeeded because the Rule of Two paved his way, but you can't deny his accomplishments.
I also think the creators of SWTOR actually developped the Sith Emperor using Sidious as a template. Could explain all the similarities between them. 😎

sooo i just had this idea. Someone should do these musics with a graphic of how many hosts Vertebrae has token in his grand existence. Think about it... The 3 you see here are only the POWER bases (original being the anchor) But theres a Voss one as well. Many the voice body's and Every single son and daughter of the emperor. This dude did what he wanted and said. Godly indeed.
he was already milked for money by bioware dozens of times. other than that there is no expansion of what Bodies he took but there are comic books which I doubt someone like you would bother reading

I dare to consider whether it will be possible to find someone with the same level of god-like mastery on the light side of the force. Or is the power only obtainable through the path of the dark side?
Only one can get such power from the dark side, think that the force is in esence God in Star Wars universe, you can either listen and be guided by it like the jedi or use it like a godly fuel where, deeper you go more powerful will become of course paying the price of being consumed by it like Nihilus, only vitiate and Palpatine the second and first more powerful siths managed to becaume insanely powerful without the curse of being consumed by it's power or at least not entirely
But well luke and Anakin where that powerful thanks to the force itself (which like i said it's star wars God) cuz you know Anakin was the chosen one and luke the one Who will restore a new and this time perfect jedi order
