Thanks for watching Satish! At the point where I talk about consistency in this video, I was specially referring to consistency with your outfit and professional appearance. Having said that, consistency is important in your work deliverable as well for the same reasons. Casual t-shirt on Friday is completely fine. Many companies allow this one day for people to diverge from their regular professional outfit. This is a great way to show your personality and more relaxed side as a leader (which is important too).
you don't wish to be a leader... If you are a leader, you will know because others will see you like a leader. A leader is a person that has vision and can help others to do things they cannot. Everybody will know it and they will seek the help of this person and will let him in charge to do things they can't. these tips are like faking a leader. Im sure they work well but still a leader is born! If you fake being a leader you will be frightened all the time that others will know you are not a real leader and you will end up doing bad shit to people or not giving credit to hard working people. It's very complex all this. Sorry for my English, I'm from Albania. Love yourself and do not harm others and you will be great
I always love these videos until folks say you can control your body language - for those with neurological differences like Tourette’s, PTSD, Autism, ADHD that simply isn’t the case always. We need to be more accepting of leaders with differing body language. My husband with Tourette’s can’t control his tics. These beliefs are limiting to these capable folks who would be good leaders.
