  • This workout is designed to tone and strengthen the entire body and train your mobility as well. Absolutely no equipment is needed, although you may want to stand next to a chair or wall because we will be challenging our balance.

    From Charleston, SC and, after I had a baby in May, I really appreciated my mom having my sister and me in August/September. Brutal weather!
