深圳西部石岩街道在上世紀初本名烏石岩鎮，有一個很傳奇的得名經過。自清初起，這裏住了十幾個姓氏的客家人。我們請到村民黃先生講述了這裏的故事。
The Shiyan district in Western Shenzhen was originally called Wushiyan Town in the first half of the 20th Century. The name has a very legendary history. From the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, Hakka people began to settle here and now it consists of around a dozen clans. We invited Mr. Wong, an indigenous villager, to tell us the stories here.

石岩湖是由東莞清溪遷來，講的是東莞客家話，清溪雖與我們隔離，話音還有些少差別，總的來說相差不大，基本上相同。

I loved your beginners Hakka lessons but the only issue was that in the videos, all texts were written in Chinese characters which I'm not really good at, due to me having self-learned for some 2 months. Any chance, you can do them when you're really free, with texts in English? I speak Hakka fluently, just am not really good with the jargons and terminologies, due to my parents mixing so many local languages' words where I grew up, i.e. in Malaysia. (as a result, I speak 6 languages, but all of them are fairly on the same conversational fluent level)
