It worked on my Passat 2012 1.4 TSI Ecofuel. With the same security code as in the video. Maybe there is another security code for diesel engines. Otherwise it should be the same.

Bamse26 Salut! Probabil ca masina nu are functia de rabatare electrica dar butonul a fost schimbat cu unul care are. Intra cu interfata VCDS si incearca sa o activezi functia respectiva si altfel vei vedea daca are sau nu.

Do it in reverse order... so if your value is 95 or 99 change it to 90 I assume.

Same here. Was trying this for my 2014 B7 Passat. Also, would prefer if it can auto fold without having to press for 2-seconds. I think another viewer asked on this too.

@@azlansharom7011 There's another parameter; with multiple bits in System_parameter_0, look the byte 8 (starting from 0); and you'll find the "90", change it to 95.
@@jebon2906 sadly changing that bit didn’t do anything on my car 😞 I tried both 95 and 99. The change took hold but not folding of wing mirrors on holding down the lock button. 🤷🏽♂️

Hi! Do you hear the motor from the mirror working? Or maybe is broken. You can check.
Probably wiring has snapped in the door hinge area or the wiring is broken in the wing mirror or the motor is full of water and seized up.
