Usually in the beginning and first few years after getting together, you have sex sometimes too much then eventually it normals out to a few times a week or once a day depending on each couple but usually in the “beginning” or ever is the receiver in the relationship beggin for sex.
Kim having to resort to begging of all things to even try to get sex in the first year should tell her he’s not into her. He’s using her openly not even trying to deceive her by fake wanting sex. I would've been very surprised if they had let them adopt his nephew. They seem very religiously oriented when it comes to the kid's upbringing. So, sending him the USA would have a fair chance of affecting his beliefs since there's so many religions and beliefs that are advertised and widely accepted there.

I stopped liking Kim after she defended Mike against Ximena in her last season but I did sort of empathize with her. Sort of. Usman is a disgusting manipulative man and no one deserves to be devalued like that and be thrown around so I think them breaking up was the best option for her.

Usman is in no way behaving as a Muslim man should. A lot of these men use the ‘4Wives’ concept because many women are unaware of what it really entails. It’s not as simple as these men claim it to be. Having 4 wives is no easy feat, there are many conditions and rules applied to this which is why it it is not as common as people think. It’s mostly these primitive men who use this against uneducated women. Islam is a beautiful peaceful religion where women have rights. Although the west have twisted these beliefs. No where does it state a man should treat a woman like shit, like this guy is doing regardless of where she is from, race, colour etc should not matter. He is just an asshole, this has nothing to do with religion. His culture may have an effect on his attitude but definitely not religion.
