I've even said words which are native to my language and people have have gone like ooooh sorry and repeated what I said in an exaggerated way. It makes me feel really uncomfortable. You don't have to say the word like me, I'd understand if someone wanted to learn how to actually say it but these people almost mock me
I’m not saying there aren’t rude, mocking people which is what I think Lisa is guilty of. But I know that sometimes there are people like me who naturally pick up on accents super quickly. I feel bad for it but most of the time I honestly don’t even realize I do it till people give me a weird look
