An Epik TC2 Video inspired by ELMAXO's videos. I've started playing more tc2 now so I decided to make this vid, been watching some tc2 youtube aswell, and there isn't a single youtuber who makes decent content with a good upload schedule. 7GM9, one of my FAVOURITE tc2 youtubers uploads like every 3 months, and it's mostly clip montages. The Dentist Delight is a very underrated weapon imo. The extended Ubercharge is very useful on all the Doctors mediguns and especially the vaccinator and kritzkrieg.

I'm happy you realized the true potential of the sub shotgun; it can really get you out of sticky situations whether it be your medic is mad at you for not bringing a lunch box item or if you're at low health on a 10-kill streak. It's the kind of item to change how a class is played, like annihilator's anniknight loadout.

1. Greese Gladiator's 12 gauge (description: It's shooting a slice of pepperoni that was put into a shotgun shell)
2. Steakouter's Shotgun (description: Remember rampagers, use this on the 4th of july)

at 0:20 its me, maestro, thought about this top im agree about sub shot and wooden sword, about efficient eliminator, its really good, but if your ping is higher than 80 and your aim sucks alot, its not that good like stock or classic. Noisy cricket could be good, but playing with it made me to collect more ammo boxes, instead using it to kill/get metal for buldings to upgrade. Quick sticky is really good, but when your clip size is halved and you have to reload it again after 4 shots, its mostly going to defence/carefully gameplay, instead of annoy/attack enemy team and especially mechanics with nests on payload or capture the point maps, so im prefer my strange stickybomb launcher.

IMO the southern hospitality is extremely underrated as a melee, while using it to take down an enemy is kinda stupid unless ur using rescue ranger, but it’s a good last resort, it’s also great for killing agents and Annis. It’s downsides barely matter after setting up a nest and it’s niche mechanic of extra msg to building can be useful if you get ubered somehow. It is barely used by anyone above lvl 10(same with einsteinium, but more on that after this) it’s honestly surprising to me.
The einsteinium is also not bad, if the enemy team doesn’t have a battle mech, it’s very powerful against flankers(at least for me) and agents due to it causing burn dmg and it’s good for both defense if Grn doesn’t have annis and battle engi is really fun as you have to spend less time finding metal or ammo like with other shotties.

Annihilator's spartan survivor is heavily underrated. People thinks that katana is much better than it but they're wrong. Spartan survivor have perfect firerate except the katana and good damage that makes kill enemies faster. The only thing that katana is winning is hitboxes range maybe that's all. Also with spartan survivor you can get charge meter from ammo boxes.... Balanced.. just take in a mind. When you are in a fight and your charge meter is not full you can step on the ammo box and freaking kill enemy with spartan survivor SO OP AND SO UNDERRATED HOWWW???? Also if you gonna use tide turner you gonna oneshot everyone. It recommended to use when you are hybridknight because spartan decreases charge gained from all sources by 40%
Sub Shotgun can be used as a combo weapon with the M249, taking advantage of the M249's no rev stat and patching up the M249's burst damage and CQC weakness.
I like using the Quickiebomb Launcher with any boots, either the Gunboats or the Squire Boots. Since the Quickiebomb Launcher can effectively replace your primary weapon with it's reduced stickybomb arm time, I can use the Squire Boots for more health + movement speed, or the Gunboats so I can sticky jump more frequently without sacrificing too much health (adding on the fact that self damage from the Quickiebomb Launcher is reduced compared to stock).

Demo's broken sword is honestly not bad for hybrid knights, switch speed can some in handy and the sword still gets the job done
In my opinion the furious flagxe is an underrated weapon, you cap objectives as fast as flanker and you are a bit more vulnerable. A annihilator with good situational awareness will see when he is very vulnerable to attacks and when to retreat. And this weapon is also good on medieval because there is no hitscan weapons.
Edit: underrated weapons in tc2 has always been a strange case to me (:greatblue:)
to me boxing gloves are pretty underrated at times, like get a kill on an unfortunate enemy at low hp and boom crits, and if there are more ppl around, you can either 1shot or 2shot them (seriously 1shotting 7 out of the 9 classes is pretty good)
Your video is really great! However, some other weapons are underrated
The stock fire extinguisher, really good to remove all of the debuffs (Bleed, fire, mark for death)...
Crowbar, insane melee, with the knockback resistance and the bonus deploy speed, making the weapon to bust out when you are in a cheeky situation
The poacher's pride, people would just use the stock to kill everybody, but the weapon makes Marksman more aggressive and kill more people for his bloodlust
The Boonie Blaster, revolver with 2 more bullets, for trooper, and a secondary, basically a gunspy with more health lmao
Finally, the concealed carry, an awesome secondary for health and makes the user more aggressive when it comes to finish off people with the secondary

Dude, u have candy cane. Why do you need to deploy that pistol with -30% dmg, while u just can take stock primary, conventional or winger and candy cane? Winger has +35% jump while melee or pistol is active and +15% damage (15 per bullet), candy cane gives you small health kit on kill and -40% max ammo. Why do u need to deploy this pistol why u just kill enemy with any of those weapons and get small health kit, while with concealed carry u have small dmg?
I use all of them very often so it is a bit wierd for me

Quickie-bomb launcher can be crutch for someone, but almost 50% of all anni mains uses stock or shield in their loadouts, actually like me. Also, there need to be elegant blade, amputator, bloody bracer, cold shoulder and gutbuster
Personally, i agree with the noisy cricket. And i love to pair it up with the widowmaker
The problem with the wooden sword is that yes, it sounds really good on paper, and it usually gets you good results.
However, why bother hitting someone with the sword when you can just hit the enemy with a meatshot or 2 that kills 8/9 classes without having to switch weapons at all?
It's only really good on brute or pocketed targets, but then again... if you're going for a wooden sword hit, then you're probably putting yourself in more risk being in melee range than the reward for a successful hit AND LIVING gives you/your team
If you want a scout melee, there's much better options than the sword...
(Edit: just realized someone basically made the same comment as me before. I didn't steal theirs, we just had the same thoughts about it 💀)
Boonie Blaster underrated as hell tbh, since if you have something like the g-bomb or maverick (which both have low ammo capacity) the boonie blaster would be an easy finisher for long range or short range.

I can agree with the wooden sword since i use the reskin of it the Handyman it's helpful in combat and most of the time i kill the person with the wooden sword/Handyman is its an agent or low health class
I don’t like the efficient eliminator, the upsides can not make up for the downsides. The zoom reduction really made it hard scoping when I use stock sniper as it really makes it feel off (idk probably a skill issue tbh). The damage penalty makes it so when I quick scope someone, I do 19 dog headshot :(

My problem with the cricket is the clip size
Also this is my rework of the weapon
-25% clip size
On hit give 15 metal
-40 fireate
-50 reserve ammo
+20 holster speed
As I played with it I seemed to find it as mechanics winger but instead of a weapon meant for mobility that happens to be a pistol the cricket is supposed to be fired but the clip ruins it so I lowered the fireate instead and gave it faster holster speed as a somewhat easy picking target rewarding you for knowing when to pick your fights

The Axtinguisher and the Brooklyn basher are not underrated, but people don't realize how good they are. The way self damage works in tc2 allows you to double jump as arsonist, and a small health kit brings you just 6 hp short of full health. These weapons open up a lot more flank routes, especially if you hit yourself twice, which is something the atomizer can't do.(double jumping four times)Overall, not underrated definitely not used to their full potential.

I disagree with the wooden sword being an underrated weapon, I've tried using it to make enemy players more vulnerable but unless you know your enemy is at full hp, there's almost no point of taking the sword out to mark them for death instead of just hitting them with a meat shot
and in 1v1 situations, there's practically NO point of taking it out since you can just get two-to-three shots in instead of risking getting obliterated in melee range in exchange for an OH-KO
the only class that has enough hp to make marking for death worth it is probably heavy, although following that whole 'risk getting obliterated in melee range' thing it's probably not gonna work out very well unless you have 1 or 2 teammates supporting you
Overall it has its niche uses and is certainly a viable option in some cases but overall I'd much rather have a last resort option or a better support oriented melee
If you use it as a support weapon on a brute/doctor combo, with a bit of good movement, you can escape alive. And they will be both 35% easier to kill for your team. I get what you mean, but I’m some situations it’s just broken.

It’s ehhhhhhhh, it’s not great for trollper (my favourite way to play trooper) so I don’t see myself using it. Pretty good for an offensive trooper tho.

I believe that the candy cane is very underrated. Playing flanker correctly easily nullifies the debuffs of the candy cane, let me go over it.
40% less primary and secondary ammo: Enemies drop medium ammo packs on kill, any position that has you waste ammo is bad.
mini-crits under 25%: Super situational, it just means you may not be able to one shot brutes or troopers, but going in their respective faces to melee them is not very smart.
drop a small health pack upon death: This really doesn't do much in a game of win or lose, not much to say here. You could also use it as a healing for teammates even killbinding yourself, but there's basically no situation for use on that.
The candy cane, when used right rewards flankers with extra healing, when used wrong rewards the enemy with healing.
I personally use sandman because it deals 50 damage and makes people standstill therefore an easy target. Also the candycane is pretty good in theory but using it in practise will give you like 1 health kit per game and less ammo. Honestly, I agree with you but I personally don’t like it that much.
@@DetectiveEggYT The jist of flanker is to pick off weak/venerable targets. Which rewards you with a med kit to be able to pick off more enemies. Using the candy cane incorrectly allows the enemy to heal up and possibly survive and return back to fight.
I think the ammo stat also doesn't even matter if your running soda or lupara and if you bring a drink or six inch the stat doesn't apply so then it is a direct upgrade
