In my opinion, the Stock Shotgun is the best secondary as it acts as a reliable backup weapon when your rocket launcher is out of rockets or you are fighting against a Pyro/Arsonist that airblasts.
I used to play with PDR on US servers because his projectile cancel hit reg. When you lagged you can delete entire team and get vote kicked for skill issue. Now it's useless with new hit reg and nerf
