Awesome Lisa, you are doing so good. I am not doing so good at the walking. Yesterday we took a drive and walked around Ikea. I also spent too much money. The we stopped at Costco and spent too much again. We did lots of walking in both stores. Today I did go out for a bit and walked a little. I do need to get better. Keep up the good work.

Hi my friend. I am glad your still walking but take it easy. I have some bad news. My data is going up on my phone and I cannot do videos anymore as I won't be able to pay my phone. I only make a certain amount of money and even that I have to stretch for the house. I hate this cause I was really enjoying myself making the videos. I am still walking with my son though and will do so for the 30 days but I will not be able to show you. I went further today and am proud of myself because normally I use a walker and I have not been. Balance is pretty funny but still walking.You'll have to show me your leg/balance exercises I could use them. Anyway I love you girl and keep walking.
So sorry you are going to lose your phone. Keep walking! I’m glad you are getting away from the walker too! YAY for you...you go girl! Good idea, I will try to try and show you some of my strength exercises!💜
No I am not going to lose my phone but it will be a high bill but I am going to get some batteries for my computer camera I have and see if I can make videos off that. I am determined to video lol. I am glad I got away from the walker too but my balance is crap though.
