How is it that this channel doesn't have millions of views and subscribers? I've lived in Tennessee for over 14 years now and have never even heard of this elephant sanctuary before. Somebody needs to do a lot more advertising to bring more awareness to this wonderful place. There are TH-camrs that have become millionaires from people subscribing and commenting on their TH-cam videos. This Tennessee elephant sanctuary channel should be among them.

It's impressive how healthy and round she looks. Her muscles have developed since her arrival at the Sanctuary. Her bobbing around in the pond reminds me that all handicaps in movement are reduced in the water. She could be as agile as an uninjured elephant in the pond.
I was delighted to see Shirley having quite a long soak in her pond a couple of days ago, on elecam. Delighted to see her testing the water before she got into the water here. Live it up, beautiful girl!

It touches me deeply to see her living the life she deserves, with safety, peace, contentment, enrichment, and experiencing sibling love with all the other survivors. First and foremost, thanks for sharing these precious ❤️ animals and all the hard work you do. In America, we have rattlesnake, cotton mouth and copper heads. Would it kill the elephants if they were bitten? I sure hope not. I live in Tennessee and the snakes are a real threat.
