Oh good, he's got Floozie McCleavage for an attorney. "Judge, I'm not a psychologist..." she says. Sweetie, you're barely an attorney! So your client can't remember his crime? Apparently he also doesn't remember what spending 6 years in prison was like - let's see if 15 more years jogs his memory at all.
He is addicted. No child should live with an addicted parent. He'd better leave his child alone until he is steadily sober. Until that time the child is better off basically anywhere else. And he probably knows that there is no chance of getting his child back as long as he is addicted, so there's no use in trying.
My guy might as well get life. By the time he gets out he'll be 40 and his best years will all be behind him. At the point the best he can do is find a job that can pay the bills because he'll have no job experience. So stupid.
Do better with your children people. People always think it’s a poor person issue. Just because you are poor doesn’t mean you can’t be decent. My mom came from a very poor background and she never did drugs never got in with bad crowds and she could have because of the neighborhood she lived in.
Did I hear that right? 'Life in prison or a $10.000 fine.' That means that if you have some money, you can buy yourself out of LIFE in prison? Unbelievable.
@ I couldn’t agree more. Sadly, the intellectual powers that be have eliminated all of the practical courses from the high school curriculum. How can we expect to thrive as a country if we don’t train car mechanics, boat captains, and all the other practical necessities to run a daily enterprise? There are excellent courses at the community college level, but that doesn’t suit so many folks who might not have the time or money to attend. A revamp of our education systems is warranted.
I truly despise all the cynical , nasty comments yall are remarking. Based on this short video, he may have a record and committed some crimes which he paid for in the past and unfortunately it seems to me he just havent been given any opportunity to do better. Im sorry being thrown in prison at 18 or however young he was isnt guidance , it isnt helpful to turn a lost person around. Prison aint nothing but a money grab for the state under the guise of rehabilitation and we all know the horrible things that happen in prison, that seemingly continues to get worst because the states dont care, so how tf can she part her lips to say he shouldnt become institutionalized, when all he knows and all he will continue to learn in prison is survival of the fittest

His lawyer always looks as if she's running late like the Mad Hatter😆
More like she just got out of her bed at the brothel.
It's the White Rabbit that's late.... ⌚
@@synthWizkid She looks like she lives in her car.
She normally doesn't look this good. I have seen her on previous court appearances.
@@daviddeck6109 Me too!
When you see that lawyer, you know her client is screwed. She is a mess. Probably got her law degree from a Guatemalan correspondence school
Lawyer hair. Wild 😂😂
Wearing a CREAM shirt to court. That’s class right there.
Considering the song, it's fitting😆

The lawyer did not get the dress code again.
Why is her hair all over the place? It's like she woke up after tossing and turning all night and realized she had court today. No time to comb it.
Are u blind ?
I am a girls girl, and I never like to make fun of women’s appearances, but dammit this comment made me laugh
Oh really! Everyone has lost a family member, and we don't resort to crime. Get a life!

You must be young… because you are saying your life is basically over by the time you’re 40…. Right. Got that.
claims he has changed but did nothing to get his child back! He deserves to be sentenced to 15 years!
What is going on with his attorney's hair? She looks like she was in a wind storm.
No, that is too kind.
That's how they did hair in the 80s.
I adore this woman. She has a multitude of talents, but a linguist she is not🥰

The judge makes that decision

Collage is the art of paper painting.

You don’t need to go to Uni to get a decent job, if you get a trade then you can make pretty good money.

He robbed someone at knifepoint. He needs to be in prison.
It’s very expensive to keep someone incarcerated.
