Hello, thank you for that video! It helped me a lot. I have got a question: what happens to the v-SNARE protein, after the NSF has dissociated the cis trans complex? Does it dissociate from the membrane and floats into the cytosol?
Your video is informative. However, one correction is- SNAP+NSF = SNARE protein, It is a misinterpretation, SNAP & NSF complex helps to dissociate the SNARE complex after fusion.
The Golgin protein acts as a tether protein along side the Snares. The loss in function of Golgin results error in cargo transportation ( wrong destinations )
Loss of the Golgin (GMAP-210) ortholog in Caenorhabditis elegans, called SQL-1, does not affect health or viability, but there is mild disruption of Golgi organization, and defective IFT transport, most likely as a consequence of reduced delivery of components required for IFT transport from the Golgi to the cilium
@@hussainbiology greaatt Got ut... okkokk but can u also tell In the ARFI mediated initiation of vesicle formation initial signaling cascade was working fine for receptor docking but still the system fails to start a clathrin coat assembly. What do you think which part of the machinery can be defective? And what impact it is causing.
This is a part of a Vesicular traffic in a detailed manner , you can include this in Vesicular traffic also but you have add from where the target Protein is getting transported......
