Hi Jim and your team: Why hasn't someone carried on manufacturing GMC. Seeing it was designed for the future (Just like the 747 Jumbo). What a master piece this vehicle has become. Such a shame. But thanks to you and your Team for giving them a new lease on life and happy camping. I sure enjoy your videos.

My brother welded in a gusset system last year and it helped a ton! I had a pretty good bow going. We put in the gussets and installed the new subfloor (I went with advantech that I painted with exterior paint) and my floor has no noticeable bow any longer.

Coosa board good stuff, pricy. I used it to rebuild the transom in a bass boat. I used two 1/2 inch pieces with fiber mat epoxy between the two and the usual fiberglassed in. You will not find anything stronger and lighter. Actually maybe overkill

Would you use Coosa board to rebuild a new engine cover over the Edelbrock manifold I plan to reinstall? Last time I used 1/2" plywood to custom design the cover. It was stolen along with the engine parts, mirrors, rear bumper, radiator, air pump, front grille and more.

@@lsee6145 Regency Realty (Management Company in Orange, California) "sold" nine GMC Motorhomes from MGM GMC after they evicted the shop owner. Yes, one was mine. By California DMV law, they were supposed to perform lien sales. Instead, they collected $200 apiece to "get rid of them". I found my GMC on TH-cam and am in the process of reclaiming it. All of the stolen parts were taken while the coach sat in the rear storage yard, an inside job most certainly. Lawsuit next!

Look it it, they have outlets….. I have 8 sheets in Utah, we’ve decided this floor and bulkheads can still be used. If your coach is apart though and your floor is bowed….. why not.

OOf!! I know this is an old vid, but dang, that is an expensive mod... 1 sheet of 3/4" Coosa (96"x48") is nearly $400!! I can't imagine how many sheets the new floor would have taken!

    • @motorhomerehabranch

Takes 5-6 sheets. If your floor is compromised it’s the best way to make things better
