    I'm all for hard flooring, then, if you want carpet, buy some washable throw rugs. Those rugs are MUCH easier to take out, throw into the washing machine, and put back down. RV camping, almost always, is something that drags dirt in and out of the rig.

    "gimp" haha... maybe this will bring back that 70's shaggy carpet...in fuchsia or pea green of course??
    No carpet for me thanks, unless it's short in the form of short loop pile throw mats. I think I'll be making a move on the solid surface floors in general. I particularly like the tight woven marine material with binded edges.

    I like the idea of breaking up the floor with some carpet and wood type.
    Hey, what brand seats are the cockpit seats? Those look comfortable.

    All good points about the laminate/engineered flooring. Also, buyer beware if you live in a part of the country that sees big temperature swings. Buried in the manufacturers disclosures are temp ranges for use. Some really hide those numbers and if you don’t notice their numbers you may be shocked by the gap expansion when the floor get cold…….ask me how I know
