I needed this today , it’s been 10 years since my divorce to the only person I have ever loved , I still cry alone , she’s on her 3 rd love if he life , and I’m still alone , we were together 32 years , with 4 kids 8 to 16 , when she told me I didn’t meet her emotional needs any longer . I pray every day for God to just take her out of my thoughts , mind and heart , I have a great pastoral counselor now for last 3 years , God is restoring me just takes time , I don’t stop loving easily. May God bless you all and bring quietness into you soul and hearts .
Perhaps you are praying for the wrong thing. Remember, but let go. She has. Why do we pray for forgetfulness? Perhaps seek strength and healing.
You must love yourself first. Love yourself so much it overflows then spread the excess to those that are deserving. You will heal. Each and every day is a gift, not a given. All relationships are meant to run a course. Forcing them to continue will cause more damage than letting go. You must win the battle against darkness. Moving on and finding anything that brings you peace and happiness is the best way to get the ones that hurt you to realize that they lost. They only want to see you not be ok without them. Prove them wrong. You’re not alone.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can't stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I've tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I'm frustrated, and i don't see my life with anyone else. I've done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can't. I don't know why I'm saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

I ended my 1 year relationship a week ago.
I’ve always respected her and loved her with all my heart. She said to me really often how surprised she was of my unconditionally love for her. But it wasn’t the same from her side. We had really great time together but she manipulated my feelings and unvalidated them.
Everything was never enough to her.
I love her so much and pray for her everyday, but i choose to love myself.
It hurts so bad and i cry everyday desperatelly, but i know it is the right choice.

You are suffering from trauma bonding but she wasn’t worth your unconditional love she belongs to the streets just have zero contact with her and try to get over the pain and suffering she inflicted upon you she was not the one. Don’t chase her or obsess over her she is not worth the time pain or longing for her she belongs in the streets as the awful person she really is. I have been cut them off permanently it was not hard, and that was not a genuine connection . That person doesn't know what true love is . After I found out the truth, I disassociated , I shall keep moving forward
My ex and I broke up last week thursday and it feels good not wondering what he is busy with.. why is his phone off .. why am i being punished... i pray God gives me the strength to say no when he comes back asking for me😢

I liked what you said about the 5 rules to live by it sounds like it has practical value. I also liked what was said if people left your life and one gained peace 🕊️ in a sense than one has won in one’s life. One shouldn’t chase after these people because after a long time if they don’t try to contact you. Then they never cared about you in the 1st 🥇 place, but if they left it’s Ok. The people that care for you and are your true friends they will stay with you through thick and thin. The ones that are your true friends you need to do the same for them. Be there for them if they go to the hospital 🏥 and if they need a meal 🥘 take them something to eat. If you don’t cook 🧑🍳 you can stop 🛑 somewhere and pick something up 🆙 for them and they’ll still appreciate it because it’s the thought 💭 that counts. Always cherish your true friends the toxic ones you can cut off from your life.

Good stuff. But be warned regarding toxicity and urging only positive emotions, because there is such a thing as toxic positivity and toxic validation. And there is plenty of that at present in the world. To clean (make positive), one has to first recognize there is dirt (there is negative). Not pretend dirt isn't there. Balance. My two cents.

Very profound and inspiring, a wonderful way to see life and save your soul from narcissistic people in your life, whether it's a partner or even your own family or children. Love, gratitude and letting go are soul growth, I learnt these on a spiritual awakening only a decade ago, and I chose to live my life by simplicity, sincerity and serenity, I've let go of what others think and societal standards are, life is a journey I just wish I'd learnt these things a long time ago.

I got ghosted. No warning nothing. After a year and a half. Ghosted, new guy moved in the next day. Never loved a woman like i loved her. And yet she never was emotional or anything considered a good companion. Horrible abused childhood. Raped as a ten year old and blamed for it by her parents. I had all the warning signs and still fell in love. So like a light switch i was replaced and ghosted. Most pain ive ever had to endure. 5 weeks i got ghosted and called up two ex girlfriends. Now im seeing two women that are normal ladies and im shocked with the crap i let the asian ghoster put me thru, all because i fell for her body. Yep lust. Never again.

It’s called trauma Bonding it happens to the one who was dumped by someone it’s a very painful time and will take a long time to get over the betrayal by someone who you loved you will eventually get over it and realize how lucky you were to get rid of someone who was unworthy of you and your love. You deserve better and you will realize that she wasn’t the right one for you. She belongs to the streets I’m so glad I didn’t marry my ex her entire life after she dumped me has been a dumpster fire 🔥 she got what she wanted and I was lucky to get away from such a terrible person that didn’t even care that she hurt me so badly and she even enjoyed the fact I was in such pain and suffering from her bad behavior. I finally took this to heart 7 years ago, by doing something the pseudoscience that is clinical psychology will warn against: I isolated. Yes, there are negatives to isolating; everything in life involves trade-offs. On balance, a great move. You'll never see a video of me on social media extolling this, you see videos of me at all. I'm not even saying this to convince anyone but rather for anyone who feels this is what they too should do, but aren't due to some therapist citing some study, likely using poor methodology. "Humans are social animals" yeah, well we had to be until the last 200 or fewer years. I have peace, no strife, zero conflicts, the ability to focus, much time gained, and am free of having to be exposed to the crap most people enjoy, hell l don't even watch TV. It's not for all but who cares? You're not "all".
