Finally got the perfect radio / head unit for my 20 year old Honda! S/O: IG @bandons2k for finding this head unit and sharing on #S2k talk&tech!
If you're a S2k owner I'm sure you seen this trend in the last few days! Decided to hop on the trend and seen what this was all about
got lucky that the previous kenwood deck I had the same plugs so it was pretty much plug and play. This would should work with any single den radio… enjoy

Did you get the dash controls on the left side to work? i’d so what DCI and harness did you use?

My side controls don’t work at the moment I’ve seen people buying an additional harness so it can work I believe it’s like addition $65 ish for the harness but im use to not having the side controls but the head unit does come with a remote which I just keep on the drive side cubby

I haven’t yet.. I’ve seen a few people on S2k talk&tech fb page that they were able to get it to work with the adapter

Are you able to connect it to Android Auto or apple car play only? Do you also have to splice wires to connect or able to buy a harness to make it plug and play?

@@TheJMedia i believe it’s just Apple car play and not android auto.. I got luck with the connectors that it was the same as my previous kenwood deck but the radio does come with a pigtail so you can connect it with a aftermarket harness to connect to the factory plug

Before I would place my iphone pro max on the cluster and it would fit perfectly. Overall the GPS is coo for a mini map I wouldn’t 100% relay on looking at the screen 😂 just gotta listen to the directions
