I want you to know this has changed my life. Although I started off strong on keto and lost almost all my excess weight. I began feeling depleted. I had stalled on keto and was unable to hold a fast felt sick and tired and my digestion was shutting down. I watched this presentation and wwnt immediately to a pharmacy and purchased the best coq10 they had (per the pharmacist). Started taking it and its been a week and all my problems have cleared up already. Stall is finished, digestion recovered, more energy and achieving ketosis daily I feel like a new person.

@@lydesis It Is not the best! All Ubiquinol comes from a company in japan called Keneka. They have the patent. A lot of people report feeling a lack of energy when they take Ubiquinol and much more energy when they take the original CoQ10. I'm one of them. I have a theory about that. Ubiquinol has mct oil as the carrier and some people have a problem digesting mct oil. I noticed the same thing years ago with vitamin d supplements. If I take vitamin d that was mixed with coconut oil or mct oil, same thing happens. No Energy! But if I take a vitamin d that uses extra virgin olive oil I have tons of energy that lasts all day! I believe that it's because of low or weak stomach acid or a bile problem. My advice is to try the cheaper CoQ10 first.

tepwuit you can get it in soft gels or capsules and they will vary from what I've seen from 50 - 150 mg. You can safely take 150mg a day or higher but check with your healthcare professional first because if you have already low blood pressure it may make it lower and just check that there are no contraindications with any medications you are on. Just because something is natural doesn't mean it's safe for everyone so do your research first to make sure it's safe for you and as I mentioned, check with your doctor if you're on medications that it may interfere with. I hope this helps 😁

Having been on keto for 7 years and losing two hundred pounds I am petrified of messing up my keto. I'm worried about anything fruity lol. I haven't had an actual orange in seven years. Is this d-limonene bad for keto? This is probably a stupid question but like I said Im totally paranoid 😂 Oh and Dr. Berg is the only keto info I've used in all this time. It is a drug that lowers colesteral, is anti inflammatory and also lowers Q10. If you are a man betwee, 50 and 60, 1 in 300 will survive a heart attack because of taking this drug. There is a 33 percent increase in survival using pharmaceutical math. Other cholesterol losing drugs will not give you this advantage, making many beleive that it's the anti inflammatory part thst works.
These drugs come with a number of side effects which increase the likelihood of dying from something else or having the quality of your life greatly reduced.

I like dr Eric berg's youtube channel. But sometimes he is completly wrong. The food natural high in Coq10 is heart organ meat. Of course you can take a suppliment no problem.
I've seen in another video that dr Eric berg didn't like asorbic acid(Vitamin C) but i trust paulus linning more than dr Eric berg. I'm not trying to be rude in anyway. If you do need a cholesterol lowering "drug" instead of statins try niacin(The flush version, not the one which they altered) it work really good for LDL-HDL ratio and lowers blood presure, i would rather take niacin than a statin
drug any day of the week. I wish a good day to dr Eric Berg.

He never mentioned food sources so why is he wrong? As for Vitamin C, plain ol' ascorbic acid isn't even natural. He recommends from food or C complex, how is that wrong?

Qunol liquid is the brand I take. Is has the bioavailable form of coQ10 that absorbs well in water and fat. Regular coq10 does not dissolve in water and dissolves very poorly in fat but this form is superior and absorbs 100%. It's pricey but your body is worth it. This brand also has gel caps but they contain palm oil (not good) and 8 read somewhere that the substance in any gelatin cap is heated and therefore may be rancid and may contribute to cancer due to the glycation caused by the heating and thereby the molecular change in the substance. Anyone else perform real research on this (I don't mean reading one article on the internet and professing your knowledge that way but true scholatly research)?
