Hi Saggit! Can you help me? I'm building a G23 and putting it on a 95 Accord but I don't what to do with the distribuitor. I'm using the stock Accord harness and I want to use aftermarket external coil but I want to know if I have to use the H22 distribuitor and put the CKP on the oil pump
I know it'll be easier to convert a external dizzy to internal for 95 Accord. Since you want to use a external dizzy, then your conversion has to be on the harness side. I never try doing a mod on the harness but if you have a wring diagram or a Prelude harness, l dont see it being difficult. For the ckp on obd1 accord, its still indide the dizzy, you only doing the mod for your external coil connections. Unlike doing external to internal dizzy, you just need to add wires inside the dizzy along w/ new or use coil. Are you thinking of using a MSD blaster coi?
It should but probably w/ a bit of mods to fit it in. I've seen someone swapped it w/ Prelude shifter box too. You just need rsx cables, K to F,H tranny bracket and shifter. I like the Hybrid shifter, it's not bulky and notchier. Got it in my Accord now and in my g23 swap Civic. Unless you really like billet.
You have to use as a combo unit. On my setup for example, l used all RSx components( shifter, cables) and most important is the rsx tranny conversion cable bracket from K-H. It wont work w/o the rsx conversion bracket.
@@jonathanverduzorrilla8829 No links but it's really up to you, modify as it goes. If you want to keep and no cutting involve like mine, you have to be kinda creative. Cables and shifter to be use are from 02-06 rsx. I highly recommend the hybrid rsx shifter.
@@sagittnet2158 OK, if I use the hybrid one y dont have to modify the console right?? And the cables if I have the CD7 original gear box will fit the cables that are you using? Because it is an F series one
@@jonathanverduzorrilla8829 The shifter is not a plug and play on the console. You have to sacrifice and cut/ loose the trim if you dont want to modify the shifter assy itself. On my shifter, l dont want anything cut like you've seen on my vlog so l modified the shifter so it'll seat lower and not cut any of the trim, trim inside yes but outside none. Cables, the seal rubber l slit it in the middle and run the new cables. Next vlog l'm uploading, l'll mention the shifter and cables.
I just finished mine. You never mentioned the headache issues on the cable tranny bracket. Doesn't go in gear right at all. Modifications will need to be done to make it work accordingly.
It require a bit of finese, l was lucky i have a adjustable cable and l did mention about the conversion bracket(k to HF),but not in so much detail. I made another video and l specified that it's essential to have. Sorry for the lack of info and thank you for mentioning it. Hopefully you get your project work.
you probably dont care but does anyone know of a way to get back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly lost the login password. I would love any tips you can give me.
@Elian Camilo I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
@@sagittnet2158 I saw that. Just one 10mm bolt? I'm going to be hopefully putting one of these in my ej civic coupe i wonder how bad i have to gut out the center console to make it work. Not using the adapter plate cuz I already cut out those two welded nuts. So it will sit a little lower. Why did you get the hybrid racing one instead was it because of the install mod you had to do or just bc its more precise?
2 bolts at front and 1 at the back. It's to big for my taste and in the beginning it looks alright after a while it bugs me shifting from 4th to 5th, l have to really throw it to go to 5th. 1-2,3-4 spacing are good but 4-5 is horrible. Then l started to watched people who have a hybridracing and pay attention on shifting distanced ,so l thought l give it a try and it payed off. Yes and its much precise.
But dont get me wrong, Accord and Civic have different seating position. I have a EJ1 civic and l seat higher than the shifter. It might work for you and if you like the aluminum look. Remember this is a replica, it could be different for the authentic 1. If l'm getting one for my civic. It'll be hybrid all the way.
Hello I love ur videos and I have a ‘94 Accord and want to know the rotors u use for the big brakes swap I notice u used the Acura calipers n still were able to keep ur 4 lug set up, what hub are u using and what car does the hub come frm that ur using right now...I’m in Jamaica🇯🇲 please help thanks 💯

It's some no name brand that l picked up locally from tuner shop in our area many years ago. I'd have to modified the handbrake and the handle a bit to make it worked and made learher booth.
I used Ktuned race cables with F/H series tranny to K series cable BRACKET. Rsx OEM can also be use but you have to get the aftermarket bracket(F/h tranny to k cable). Got all parts from Ebay.com.
Just for your info, just recently changed shiter assy from Ktuned replica to HYBRID racing short shifter and its night and day difference. If you use hybrid shifter, you can get away without cutting your center console trim panel like mine. Thanks for watching
@@sagittnet2158 do you have a link for the hybrid racing one? I have a 94 Accord ex coupe with an h22a4 swap by the way, I'm trying to figure out if changing the cables is required for any of these short throw shifters.
Sorry l dont have the link for hybrid racing but if you google search HYBRID RSX V3 SHORT SHIFTER you should be able to find and order one. As far as the cables, 02-06 rsx cable need to be use together with the k to f/h tranny cable bracket, unless your a good fabricator. (Accord oem cables can be use by modifying the 2 ends that hook to the shifter(coz holes are too big) and move the cable securing clips. Otherwise, rsx shifter and cables with tranny bracket are needed. Hope that help.
I found that the Hybridracing shifter is far more better than the Ktuned, specially goin on 5th gear( you really have to shove the ktuned in order to go on 5th) +, hybrid is much smaller.Hope that give you an idea if you dont like your console to be destroyed and thanks for watching.
@@sagittnet2158 Thanks for the info. I will check them both out. Currently I have the factory shifter box and cables but with all solid bushings and a JTC Customs adjustable short shifter. Also did the zip tie mod on the cables but the shifter still has some slop and engagement doesn't really inspire confidence. Looking for upgrades.
It should, Accord have a big center console, and it really up to you if you want to retain the factory look of your center trim panel. I dont like gutting my center console that's why l altered the shifter itself. You can use the RSX cable if you like, if budget in mind, but you have to get the K to H or F transmission conversion bracket to get it work.
